Holiday Inn Express & Suites PICAYUNE-STENNIS SPACE CNTR. by IHG, an IHG Hotel

First no ironing board in room, I did get one at desk and brought it myself to room. Then there was no hair dryer, no one answered phone so I went to lobby was told since so many people steal them there kept at front desk. That statement along means to Me the people staying at this location are questionable so now I’m on guard. Then no juices at all for 2 days was told truck didn’t show up ? Trash inside and outside not being changed out daily , in evening a few guys were drinking beer in lobby and desk attendant sitting and flirting with one of them, she was not drinking . Then my plans changed I didn’t need to stay a second night , I was told sorry you booked through 3rd party can’t help you .so I stayed and really didn’t need to. Oh and my ice maker wasn’t working on 3rd floor had to go to Second floor every time I needed ice. Trash sat out in the hallway mostly food containers and bags. This was my first bad experience with holiday inn ever. What a waste of money . And last comment the bath room is not user friendly towel rack on The other side from shower , toilet took 2 times to flush the shower had strong flow but the sink almost no pressure .

This was by far the worst Holiday Inn i've stayed at. The bedding and towels were severely stained. The towels apoear to be Econo Lodge towels. The bathroom fllor had hair and the toilet was not even clean. The bathroom drain was slow as well. This was NOT a good experience.

Great location and clean rooms! We were able to check in a little early which was super convenient and much appreciated! We are from the area, and would definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the area felt safe. Breakfast was good with some different options like pancakes. Staff was friendly and courteous ~ we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Everything

Our room was clean and comfortable except I would prefer it to be a little cooler. I could smell marajuana in the lobby. The hotel feels safe and it was quiet. There’s not a good selection of shows on the tv. The heated pool was heated and felt great.

Beds were comfy. A/c was covered by bed and took longer to cool room. Needing a little more attention to cleaning. Showers had great water pressure. My expectations were little on high end for the price paid. Not a bad place to stay overall. Pricey.

the hotel was a little pricey but considering it is the only/best place to stay in picayune, it was worth the money.

We stayed before leaving for a cruise. We plan to do the same again next year. Highly recommend.

It was nice and clean with room option for the temp that you choose. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options.
