I am very disappointed that I was not provided my request to have a quiet room away from the elevator

Spending $85 a night I guess gets you this. I was immediately greeted with a roach in the elevator. Room was filthy, I should have taken more photos. Toilet was dirty still had someone else's hair on it. Splatters on the wall next to the toilet could for sure be wiped off. Splatters on the walls near the sink. The grossest thing for me was the greasy, caked up headboard on the bed and nightstands. Def need to train your cleaners. Pillows variety was good and are comfy, sheets were hard and scratchy. I had to go to homegoods to buy a throw blanket.

It was great staff were very accomodating and friendly except the pool and jacuzzi dirty beds need upgrade

My stay was excellent and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Meh. Good amenities and good staff. Conditions need updating. Average room setup and average bedrooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful. That's always a plus. There was only one working ice maker. Also, the bacon was barely cooked. Otherwise, the breakfast was OK.

It was great will there again for sure!

Decent hotel

The pool and hot tub were cold. The showers was slippery and shower door was hard to open.

Themain reason I choose this location was for the pool and Jacuzzi. The pool was riddled with dead or dieing bees and the Jacuzzi jets worked but the heater did not. There was a beehive above the pool near the 3rd floor hall air conditioner. The bees were all.over the pool area and laying dead in the pool.

Check in 5/30 around 11:00 pm; 2 bath towels & 2 wash cloth in the bathroom. I Went to front desk,spoke to a female employee. I asked for 2 more bath towels bec there’s 4 of us (reservation was for 4 (2 minors and 2 adults ). Front desk employee said, there’s no employee in laundry, she had no towels to give, Laundry employee cones to work at 7:00 am. I said, I can then pick up the towels at 7:00 am? She said no- come at 7:30 am. May 31 Saturday) we left at around 7:30am,no one at front desk, I said “ hello”, I then saw her on the right side of the front desk (inner portion of office. She didn’t go to the front to speak to me, so I told her: I’m in Rm 210, I’m requesting for 4 bath towels & our room to be cleaned. I saw her taking notes(she seem to be writing) And I said “ thank you. No reply from her. That night, we got home around 11:00 pm. Our room was not cleaned & no towels. I met Ms Reed at elevator with a push cart w/towels for new guests. I explained what transpired ( as above narrative). We both went to the 2nd floor laundry room, that she has access w/ keys. Laundry arm was on the Same floor as our room 210. Ms Reed was only able to give us 2 towels, 2 wash cloth & a bed sheet to use as towel. Ms Reed said the employee was Emily and doesn’t know her last name. Pls review your cctv May 30 & 31, ti validate the incident. I am a valued customer & IHG valued member. I have never experienced this disrespect & total disregard for an excellent customer service.

Terrible hotel. The A/C unit was so terribly loud. The fan has issues. It was so loud we couldn't sleep. They really need to fix the AC unit. The whole hotel was so rundown and old. I would not recommend this place. I thought the elevator was very rickety and sketchy. Gross gross hotel. I will never stay here again.

The shower was spreading all over, They ran out of towels, The Rv only had 1 channel, Got a extra $10 fee for a additional person ( total of 3 people in a2 bed room...Food was not good! I will never stay at this hotel again.

Pool was dirty & spa was no working .they could have put up signs to let us know before heading out to pool area

The bed was comfortable

Nice location, convenient, clean, nice breakfast

The property was okay for being outdated. However the rooms did not have proper ventilation and became stuffy without the A/C running. However, when the A/C was in use it overtook the room with an awful mildew smell.

Great breakfast. Bed was a little uncomfortable but still good. Quiet and able to sleep well.
