Biltmore Village was impacted by the hurricane, and one can still see the devastation around. Yet, this hotel ground up has been renovated to excellent condition. The staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean, kitchenette ready and the continental breakfast very good.

Hotel was very clean, good breakfast, and great location relative to the rest of asheville. The lobby, gym, washer/dryer, and breakfast area are all on the second floor so weren't affected by the hurricane. The walkway into the hotel had a bunch of plywood scaffolding as of late February 2025, but that was the only damage I saw to the structure. The rest of Biltmore Village has a lot of damage still, but I felt safe here and loved the 4 minute drive to the Biltmore, and 8 minute drive downtown. I plan on using this hotel for my wedding block in October!

If I had known that this area was still in such bad shape, the hotel itself was sooo hot, the floors seemed unsteady, the elevator was so squeaky it scared me, the pool is filled with storm debris, and the parking lot was a mess. I stay in Asheville a lot but usually downtown I thought oh this hotel has been redone .. nope totally wrong. The website is misleading . Also there were very few guests and the LOUDEST people got placed next to me talking yelling laughing coughing all night until after 3:30 . I won’t make the mistake of going to this hotel anytime soon.

Lobby is on the 2nd floor. Inconvenient to unload into hotel. Elevator lobby in garage smells bad. Pool is closed still from hurricane damage. Area around property is rough and damaged still from the hurricane.

Room was great, clean and spacious. Staff was nice and friendly. Free breakfast was good. No restaurant in the hotel. I wish their "little store" located in the lobby offered more variety of food for hungry guests. I know they are still renovating after so much damage that occurred as a result of Hurricane Helene, but I wish the grounds have been given more attention and care to liven up the place and not looked neglected and depressing. The did a great job with the renovation inside the building of the hotel itself. The flood from hurricane Helene was a heartbreaking story as told to us by one of the staff.

Nice space, roomy, looked clean but bedding did not smell clean. Pillows are ok but again, did not smell fresh. Bed felt as though it had sunkin spot where you sleep. I was not comfortable and slept little. I would stay again to give it another chance.

Not a good experience maybe due to the sever conditions from the storm. Hotel staff needs uniforms to be identified from the guests, food service workers eating while putting food out. Just a Mess!!

Called a week prior to make sure damages from flood did not damage the facility. Was assured that the only damage was the parking lot. Not so.....2 floors had been flooded, and they were closed. The lobby was on 3rd floor, a cafeteria table for check in. One staff person, unhelpful, very rude. Elevator malfunctioned, construction, everywhere, no lighting, the person checking in was unprofessional, and no public bathroom available after our 6 hour drive. The registration clerk said if you need a restroom, you will have to check in to your room and use it. Women in their 70's, ..... seriously , it was not a safe place to stay. They should have provided this information when we called to inquire about the hotel conditions. We did not stay, and filed a complaint with Orbitz, and denied a refund, by the clerk. I also plan to write a letter to the Hilton company.....they should have been honest about the hotel conditions. It was a nightmare..... I am so sorry about the damages and flood, but it was dishonest, not to warn us concerning the condition of this hotel.
