Great space! And quick walk to the beach!

The location is good. However, the facility is not what I expected. Breakfast was terrible. I spent 30 minutes on line to make me a waffle. One machine only. They didn’t clean the room in two days.

Customer Service was excellent. Hotel could use some upgrades.

Great location within walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly. And the hotel was clean and modern.

Great stay convenient to restaurants and beach without driving

House keeping was supposed to come every other day. They didn’t come at all, even the days they were supposed to. I asked at the desk and was assured we were on the schedule but they never showed up. Hotel is convenient to the beach but a very small section is for public use. The rest to both sides are for the large ocean front hotels. It was clean and the desk staff was friendly. Hot breakfast everyday but be sure to get there before 9.

One Nana, one grandson, two parents, and six children, ♥️ it and had plenty of space between the two rooms. We hope to book again on the next visit. Additionally, breakfast was wonderful 😋!

We paid for our room when we got there. The full amount, but then when we left, they said that we owed even more. I called and ask to speak with a manager they said that they would call me back and they never did. I do not recommend staying there. I would choose a different hotel.

Very respectful manager! Nice staff! Great breakfast and a clean atmosphere. Just minutes to the beach. Will definitely stay again ❤️

So nice to be able to walk across the street to the beach. Pool area pretty but so many bugs couldn't enjoy it. Nice rooms.

My 5 year old son got sick halfway through our trip and required an ambulance and the staff at the hotel was so caring and they checked on him throughout our stay and helped us get ready to leave when we had to leave early to take him home. As a mom to a special-needs child, it means the world to me when somebody else helps during the hard stuff.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was wonderful... very close to the Ocean Beach

This property was okay. Close to everything so there was a lot of traffic. Beach was 5minute walking distance. However, you have to get there early because it is a public beach so it gets really crowded. Only had one reception at the desk so there was always a wait. It was good for the price.

Enjoyed my stay, we were in the lobby every night playing Phase10 cards and drinking hot coffee. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable and the staff was very friendly, nice and welcoming. I also would recommend for their breakfast is meats that are not pork for those that don’t eat it.

Check in and our room was good. We did have to go down for linen for our sofa bed. We had none. In the morning though the maid opened our door and just tried to walk on in even after I stated we were inside the room and it was before 9am. Checkout isn’t till 11. She tried to come in 2 more times just walking in. I had to lock the door. When my son and I went down for breakfast at 9 as we walked down the hall I witnessed her try and walk in two more people’s rooms. Do you not give the maids a list of checkouts in the mornings? That seems crazy to me she was just trying to walk into peoples rooms and not even knock. Once we got downstairs for breakfast at 9 my son and I were looking around at what they had for breakfast and it seemed like a lot of stuff was pretty bare. Even though breakfast was supposed to be till 930 we decided to make some waffles once he and I both made our waffles. We were looking for butter and syrup, and tried to get the attention of the attendant behind the counter at the breakfast area, but she was ignoring us. some other customers in the breakfast area got the front desk lady to get some jelly. The attendant didn’t seem to wanna put jelly out either and told us that she wasn’t gonna put out butter and that if we wanted waffles, we had to eat them without.I decided to get cereal instead I went to get cereal and didn’t find any milk. She told me that if there was no milk in the cooler I couldn’t have any. She wasn’t putting anything else out and rude
