I have been there before; but this time I felt unwelcome. I checked in and the attendant said that he didn’t have the reservation. So instead of giving me a one bedroom with balcony. He gave a studio room for two days only. My stay was for three days. So on the second day; I had to request an additional day!! The whole stay was a mess and my wife was very disappointed with the hotel. Since this was the four time that we stayed at Homewood hotel. Unfortunately we are not coming back to this place!!!

The entire staff was friendly and attentive. I usually wont book a pet friendly hotel but i didnt realize it was until i arrived. However, I would stay there again because if the amazing staff. From the front desk staff who greeted us with a huge smile and warm welcome, to the employee ensuring breakfast items were replenished while engaging in a friendly conversation with us, to the lady vacumming the hallway and quickly stopping to let us pass by. This is the type of service that one wishes for but rarely attains

We had a very enjoyable stay at Homewood. Everyone clearly works very hard to make the hotel clean, well maintained and comfortable. The hotel was incredibly busy as it was between Christmas and new year and that meant breakfast was slammed but they worked hard to keep up with demand! Recommend for families. The pool area was fun! Very clean!

Very hard and slowly service, every time if you need extra towel or tissue, at least need to call 3 times and wait a few hours. The last 2 days, they have never got what you need to your room, even we called 4 times and waited 2 days until check out. I have never met the hotel service like that. Also the attic door suddenly open while we were in the room with kids, it dropped things everywhere, they didn’t even say sorry or didn’t say anything.

Stayed 4 nights and had housekeeping come once and even then they did not refill empty conditioner or lotion containers which were almost empty when we had arrived on first day. Had to ask for additional bath tissue - was not refilled when housekeeping came to clean room. Weird smell in the room.
