This will be my third time staying here in 3 trips to Vegas; the first 2 the property was branded as Ballys. Still fabulous branded as the Horseshoe. I just wish the room had a microwave; I stayed on the 10th floor so idk if this makes a difference. Would stay a fourth time.

The only thing I have a complaint about is the maid Service didn’t come every day. Didn’t empty our trash or bring us fresh towels. Other than that, it was fine.

Loved that the food court is open all night. Loved the kiosk option for check in. Hotel is near a lot of food spots and stores (walmart, target). Hated we had to pay resort fee for each night whether we used the ammenities or not.

There was blood on my blanket on arrival. I tried to call the front desk about it but they have an automated robot that answers the phone and wouldn’t direct me properly. I tried to talk to them at the front desk but it is always a minimum 1 hour line up and the smell down there is nauseating with all the smoke and fumes. Contacted them by phone with my complaints and they don’t seem to care.

We had a nice spacious room with a view of the high roller. The location is very nice in the center of the strip. A nice hotel for a reasonable price.

Rooms are nice and decent size, but I paid for late checkout the night before ($50) and then the day of while I am sleeping a man repeatedly knocks and bangs on the room door, and then proceeds to let himself into my room while I am in bed still. He says they need to do Wi-Fi service and that they informed the guest, but no one informed us or left a notice and when I asked him to leave and wait for me to get dressed he left and came back in three more times. Very unprofessional and a Saftey concern. Not happy at all, they refunded my $50 but that still doesn’t make it okay.

I enjoyed a show I saw at Horseshoe. The pool was closed, but I was accommodated with being allowed to used the Paris pool. The monorail was convenient to access different parts of the strip. I appreciated the bell hop holding my luggage until check in and having some laundry sent out to be cleaned.
