Great hotel. I had a LONG Drive, road constructions and closures had me in a spot of bother finding the hotel... but ONCE I WALKED IN, I FELT BETTER. So close to downtown Santa Fe. Restaurant is good.

Nice lounge, fitness room & pool. Buildings are not clearly marked with room numbers so had to walk around to find. No complimentary coffee available in main Bldg.

Check in was at 4pm. I got there at 445. The receptionist said the room wasn't ready and to check back in 30 to 45 min. As I sat and waited 4 more people came to check in and were told the same thing. I was checked in at about 530 with no apology or offer of discount, nothing. When I got in my room, there was a dead bug in the middle of the bathroom. My room was never cleaned in my two days.

The room wasn’t ready until after 5:30pm, as was the case for many people trying to check in. The front desk said it was a frequent issue during concerts and events when the hotel has more guests. Seems like an issue they could have prepared better for with additional housekeeping brought on.

Room had no Wi-Fi. Were told our room was to far away from server. Told maintenance would come to room to fix, they never came. Asked for a new room with Wi-Fi. Was told I couldn’t. Then snuggly told if I wanted Wi-Fi I was free to spend the evening sitting in the lobby. Had to contact Expedia to get new room. Front desk was not happy and treated me coldly. Do Not Go Here!!

Spacious room. Black out shades. Multi structure layout and nice grounds that somwhat mimic a modern Pueblo design. On site restaurant and bar. Restaurant food reasonably priced and quite tasty. Good service. Had nice pool and workout room, though did not use. Not in walking distance to Taos square but quick drive. In general very well kept. Door handle on microwave broken and coffee pot in room had calcification so didn’t use. Would recommend.
