The list of wonderful attributes at this hotel are probably too long for a review! First, it is gorgeous. Beautiful decor and immaculately clean. The staff is friendly in all areas/jobs in the hotel. The food and beverages on site are outstanding. I had a corner King suite and I loved my wrap-around, private balcony and the views from my room. Definitely check out the library and ask the staff about some of the history of the hotel. I can't wait to stay there again!

I had an amazing experience at Haya Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I’d like to give a special shoutout to Genesis — she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Her warm personality and attention to detail truly made a difference. Also, Donovan was great and very accommodating, going out of his way to ensure everything was perfect.
Thank you, Haya Hotel, for a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Told staff...we were working that night and if we can check in early. She said yes...which was amazing! But she put us in a room next to pool where they had a dj...couldn't rest at all!! Once we entered room it smelled like wet cat or cat.....it was horrible. I usually dont complain but it is what it is. It wasnt a good experience

This is a beautiful property located in a great area. It is half a block from a free trolly that runs every fifteen minutes and will take you all the way into town (11 stops total). The staff are excellent. I only deducted one start because our room, while cool enough, was quite humid.

Hotel Hyatt is my go to hotel whenever I’m Tampa. I had the privilege of staying here when the Haya opened. I had nothing but great things to say. However, my recent stay, I do not think I will be back. Front desk check-in this time we’re not welcoming and just overall treated me as a nuisance. I accidentally booked the wrong one and asked the manager Skylar if I could change and she was very rigid and did not try to accommodate or make any concessions nor did she try to make it right or follow up as promised. When I travel and spend my hard-earned money on a hotel, I expect to feel welcomed, not like I’m inconveniencing the staff.

The staff and the hotel facilities were great! The only downside to everything was the parking for valet. It caused traffic to become congested quickly. Other than that, the room was beautiful and everything was great!

I also work in hospitality and was very impressed with this hotel. All the experience was amazing, from the food in the restaurant to the staff members. The valet guys and the front desk were very helpful and nice all the time. Specially Claudia and Theo from the restaurant. Great food recommendations and a really nice chat with Theo. Your team is amazing!

Hotel is nice but service was extremely poor especially in the restaurant. Had to ask several times where is the food, and it seemed like the server was paying attention to another party over my table. Asked for water and sauces several times and was never brought over. There was no chair in my room for the desk and I asked someone to bring it up for the room. 20 min later another man comes and asks if everything is alright. I ask him oh are you here to bring the chair for the desk? He says no you have to call again, but why did you come to my door and ask me if something is wrong? How did you know that something was? Why didn't you just bring the chair in the first place problem would have been solved. Would definitely not stay at this hotel again, this is the worst 4 star hotel service wise I have stayed at in the United States.

Did not like decor at all. First room had a hump in floor and sheet with holes in it on the bed. Very loud on the weekends and no coffee machine in room.

While the hotel itself may offer appealing amenities and design, location is a major factor when evaluating a stay—and unfortunately, this was a significant drawback for me. The surrounding area didn’t feel great, which impacted my overall experience and would make me hesitate to return.
