The hotel was a short walk from the subway entrance, Times Square and the Broadway shows. Staff was friendly & helpful, and the room was very clean. Nice stay away from the noise of Times Square. The rooftop bar was lovely and offered higher end drinks. Definitely a nice stay.

The hotel was small but really perfectly situated and felt clean and high tech. It made for a perfect location to attend Broadway shows and tour Times Square.

This was the perfect location for our first trip to NYC. Easy walking to everything - Times Square, subway, Broadway shows, shopping, parks, etc. I highly recommend and would stay there again. Rooms and hotel were very clean. The room is a bit smaller than I’m used to but the view of Times Square made up for it.

I really loved my room itself! It was spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated the two chairs in the room which were nice places to sit when you didn't want to sit on the bed.
There was a problem with the elevators when I was there over President's Day weekend. One was out of service and I had to wait over 15 minutes for any elevator to come to my floor. I ended up calling the front desk and asking for someone to come and help. Shortly after the elevator came.
My only other small complaint was the front door. The revolving door was having issues and not working for most of the weekend. It stopped while moving almost every time we used it. Nobody could figure out what was wrong.
Other than those two issues, I really enjoyed the property.

It’s very good overall. However, the heater brings the temperature to about 98F when we arrived. We were waiting for about 40 minutes and 3 times going down to the front desk to ask for help.
They removed the air filter and told us that that would reply it with a clean /new one. But, it did not happen for the whole time we were there. We have no air filter for about 5-6 days.

As we entered really early in the morning, the front desk staff was willing to hold our luggage why we visited the city. Then, they looked in the system and even had a similar room already available, so they put us right into a room at 8:00 am with no extra charge. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was even a really nice size. At the end of our stay, they held our luggage free of charge while we continued to enjoy the city. This hotel was very welcoming and accommodating. This is my new go to hotel when I visit NYC.
