Room itself was clean and comfortable. Upon checking in, I let the desk person know I’m working a week of night shift. She helped me get a room with least sunlight during day, and I requested no maid service since I’d be sleeping when they’d come in. Started out great. Til first morning after I worked 14 hours .,. Maintenance crew knocked on door in late morning saying they had to change my locks. I asked they come later, but no they had to do it now. It took an hour from removal to replacement, while I was laying in bed. Hard to get to sleep after that. Next day, maid service showed up in morning, despite my request for none. Woke me up again and although she left after I told her I didn’t want anything, I again had hard time getting back to sleep. Day 3, early afternoon banging on door was manager doing “spot checks” that the new locks worked. Are you serious?! I was woke up again and angrily asked her if I couldn’t get in my room 2 days ago, don’t you think I would’ve been at the front desk by now?? She had attitude with me saying they have every right to check in on rooms. After 3 long nights working, 3 consecutive loud wake ups while trying to sleep, I was very glad when my job ended and I was on to the next town - where the hotel respected my request to have a quiet during the day room.

6 night stay. Reported broken toilet seaat when i checked in, and again on day two . . . Never fixed. Was supposed to have housekeeping on day three, never happened even after repeated calls. Non-smoking property with designated smoking areas (how does that work?), dont care about people smoking, but with those rules in place there were butts everwhere, and even the staff left partials stuffed in the siding. Door wouldn't latch without maximum effort and security locking was not a thing. Left my key on checkout, filled out the online form to checkout, but still got a phone call asking if I was checking out. Took two phone calls to verify they weren't going to keep charging my card. Wouldn't stay there again if someone else paid for it.

Property Management very disrespectful and unconcern about meeting the needs of their guest. Very nasty property filled with mold infested with buds. Property management team placed the blame on the guest staying at the hotel.
