Knights Inn Dayton at Poe Ave

Im homeless so i got a room so my kids could be comfortable and not have to sleep in the car again i get the room leave sleep in my car get a call and text at 8am this morning from my daughter because she had bedbugs on her and was bit up and the people didn't give a fck he was worried about a damn key that never asked for room 156 to be exact horrible horrible my kids had to leave wrapped in towels too scared to get bedbugs in my car im pissed worst 65 bucks ive ever spent

Staff tried to overcharge me by not

Absolutely horrible. My room was nothing like what was pictured & I cant imagine any room in this place looking like the pictures. Dirty bathroom, I wouldnt even shower in. Toilet had to be gor a toddler, it was so low to the oor. The sink faucet didn't work properly. There was no clock, no USB ports & i could go on & on. I didn't feel safe; my room was just around the corner from a side entrance that didnt lock. Anyone could come in from the street. Checking in was a man behind a window with a money tray between us! Didnt give a warm fuzzy, but the "no refund under any circumstace" kept me from turning around & going elsewhere (I paid ahead of time).

Bed bugs

This place was very dirty, blanket was old and dirty, toilet seat is in a horrible state, fridge don’t work and smells terribly, i didn’t bother using the microwave seeing how nasty the fridge was, overall experience is terrible

It was ok. There was no chair in the room. Cobwebs in the corner

Bed was clean but no blankets. Bathroom clean. Thermostat didn't work, either heat was on or off. Entry way uninviting. No breakfast or even coffee.

Need to refurnish bedrooms

2 lamps did not work. Made online reservations for 1 queen non smoking got 2 full beds. No microwave. No alarm clocks. Exhaust fan sounds like fan about fall out in bathroom. Trash in drawers. The carpet is horrible. At checkin required 20$ deposit when arrived. Nothing online about deposit required. Outdated.

No guest allowed, and if you plan on extending your night before you are checking out there is an early check in fee Evan though your still in the room.

The place was disgusting there was a condom in the wrapper on the steps by an entrance door then went in to check in and there was a druggie passed out slumped over on the couch in the lobby. Totally nasty.

The bedding didn't smell fresh, there was no desk or end tables or chair, just a grungy couch with lots of stains and a bed with boards nailed to the wall.

Nothing i liked

I like nothing about it sheets dirty pillow case dirty room with roaches staff shawn hery is very rude to me everytime i ve came when some else there i dint have problem i dont be told come get towels wash rags and toilet paper that their job being in room with no working tv and cant chang your room

So i only went to this hotel because its low in price, I had a single king bed in a no smoking room… when i got to the room I immediately realized that the sheets where dirty and there was no toilet paper which is absurd, as far the the cleanness of the overall room I can’t complain about that but the staff where not nice and didn’t seem to care about thier guests. Also there is no food on property besides some vending machines which intent even filled fully… If I had more cash I wouldn’t come here at all and I don’t recommend anyone does unless you have a tight budget even then there are better places!!

The rooms were not cleaned at all!! They never offered to put us in a new room they just brought clean blankets. Then they asked if we paid a deposit I stated yes and then the guy told me no I didn’t and then I said I can show you my bank statement and then once I said that he said ok. When my sister was trying to let him know about the room again at check out he said well you booked online so there is nothing we can do. But as my sister stated you still could have took the productive feedback and then apologized he was definitely very rude!!

I atayed in room 239 i got there the remote didn't work called fromt desk they said theyll be i called three more time on top of me waiting 45 minutes for.mw to call back and he said come down and get i get down tjere he give two remotes and if one dont work the other will and if not call me and ill program it so i did it didnt work he got there and said played around witj tv and cable cord then said tje dish messed up that why I cant get a signal i said you cant move my room he said let him other room on the floor and first floor and if aroom is availabe ill call you and all you have to do is go to room i said ok 40minutes later i called lime you didnt have a room he said no im sorry i sat there all night no tv to be told they cant reimburse me for them not ahving a tv is bad for bussiness and then qnother person there came in my room and then they said you got the cleanest room i said well i reserved a king size bed but got a bouble bed no. Smoking when i smoke give people what they pay for not what yall want then to have and you cant tjen give something back you not entitled to whole and amount caise i didnt get the whole ecpe3

They over booked, so they gaves us the wrong room. Poor management.
