Seen rats in parking lot. The worst was the filthy toilet and floors. Immediately on checking into the room we noticed spotted flooring and dusty dirty floors. Walls were splattered with food and filth and were dusty. Also the toilet was dirty with poop splattered around it. We asked to have the toilet cleaned and the floor mopped while we were out but instead they only swept partially and added an air freshener spray. Not acceptable even for a hotel under renovation. We only stayed one of the two nights we had booked. Will not book this one again.

Property was nasty, rooms very dirty and smelled foul. Wifi ddint work, first room they gave us had no heat ans the second room the heater turned off in the middpe of the nigjt amd it was arlund 35 degrees

Plenty of counter space. Comfortable, warm. Each unit has access to parking. I backed in so only three steps to the room door. The price was selling point compared to another next door.

My room was dirty smells like dog dated very poorly kept bathroom falling apart smh. Opening in door lets bugs in room had to put a towel to try and stop the bugs from getting in room. Also free breakfast is a joke. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. The only good thing i can say about this place is there is free parking

Place was a joke. Only had 1 room available, we viewed it & decided not to stay. It has "full time" occupancy, vehicles torn apart in the parking lot & location is just past industrial area. My visa was still charged.

It was awful. We didn't even end up staying. The rooms were dirty and disgusting there was blood on one of the mattresses there was animal feces on the floor including a small mouse that was inside one of the drawers that toilets had crap all over them The walls had holes in them The windows did not have locks nor did they have screens. There were bugs and a stench that rivaled Shrek's swamp. The "locals" that lived there have really run the place down. This facility should not be used as a nightly rental if it is going to be used as monthly living quarters.

The first room I was in had broken floors, bugs coming out of the bathroom counter, holes in the wall that were patched but still showing, and we just felt like even for a motel they could’ve done better. So we switched our rooms and even that was still sketchy, out of the 2 days we were supposed to be there we never actually slept there because of how dirty the place was.. never will I stay here again, beware of this property and make sure you see the rooms before sleeping in there. ITS FLITHY!!!

Absolutely horrible the base boards were missing, I won’t get in that tub with boots on up to my thighs, it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Areas of the floor were missing and the covers on the beds were so dirty. Large spots of paint were missing on the walls. I could really couldn’t believe they were open for business. The guy at the front desk was very nice he refunded us because I would have just slept in my car. Really Bad!

This was the WORST experience I ever had with any reservation. The front desk person couldn’t check me in due to a power outage. The power was on when I arrived and my payment was successful. I came for work MORE than an hour away and was turned away from the property with no compassion in the middle of the night and no where to stay for work the next day. I will never book there again.
