The only disappointment was it said breakfast every morning but they only had breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. We chose this because of the breakfast. Anytime I’ve ever stayed at there hotels they’ve always had breakfast this is the first one that didn’t expect for the weekend.

Really good place to stay but the beds are kind of hard and the rooms smell a little funny but I dont know about the others on the 2 floors below but all in all not bad

While overall the property was good, there were two spots on the ceiling in the bathroom which appeared to be black mold (we reported to the front desk). Also, the breakfast area could be better organized and supervised better, as a few guests seemed to be "stockpiling" their waffles before other guests were served.

Although it is an older hotel, it was clean, and the front desk attendants were very kind. However, the shower knob in our shower was broken, making it very difficult and painful to turn the shower on and off, or to get hot water. The air conditioner in our room was constantly dripping water, so towels were placed under the fixture, but were constantly wet causing allergy concerns. The toilet would wobble each time it was sat upon. On the weekend, the breakfast includes eggs and sausage, but both were cold even though they were in a food warmer.

it was okay it would’ve been better if our hall didn’t get waken up @ 2am by a couple screaming at eachother and then him locking her out to where someone else came out the room to make sure everything was okay….and one top of this our wifi didn’t even work, wouldn’t allow us to connect even though the front desk is the one who gave it to us..

Had to switch rooms cause first room refrigerator was broken some of the lights didnt work tv didnt work toilet paper towel was missing phone didnt work. Had to switch rooms at 8 o'clock the new room ac made a whistle sound when it came on. And the elevator buttons were broken and the side doors were only exit couldn't enter only thru the front entrance

The front desk was very, very rarely manned. All the trash cans were full our entire three day stay, with trash sitting outside rooms in the hallway the entire time as well. Broken tiles were in the bathroom, terribly stained grout in shower, the pool was not something I would have dared to swim in. The hallway carpet was stained extensively in several spots. The lighting in the facility was less than ideal, maybe they are trying to conserve electricity. The hotels fence is in extreme disrepair all around the perimeter. I would never stay again. Last night there I had a bug crawling on me in the bed…

The people were nice, and it was pretty clean, but that is the best it gets and it definitely could have been cleaner. The room was incredibly musty when we first got there, that went away with about 2 hours of running the AC. The mattress was incredibly firm, the pillows were seriously deflated. The bathroom camode had a crack and the shower curtain had holes in it. The breakfast was seriously sad, the waffle maker is too hot so the inside of the waffles were all raw. The blankets were very nice though and the AC did get very cold which was super nice.

The TV had no channel selection choices hardly at all. Secondly, most of the channels were in Spanish and I can’t speak Spanish. Secondly, I don’t like putting my information into a TV just to get Netflix and all the other stuff now I know not to stay at La Quinta anymore.

Horrible!!! That should have been a $50 room. Toilet was filthy! No alarm clock, no hand soap, iron and ironing board missing, towel rack gone, toilet paper holder missing, and bathroom door on inside chewed up bad and scratches all over it from a dog I guess.
I can’t believe this room is in this condition.
Bed was uncomfortable and pillows flat and uncomfortable as well!
Will not ever stay here again!
I better not get charged for how I found this room! We don’t smoke or have any animals with us.
Desk clerk wasn’t even at the desk, sign said assisting others so unable to report this.

Very sweet staff.
Understanding that we were late checking in.
Still over charged us for the stay after they said they gave us complimentary stay for a night. (Only booked for two nights, only staid one and still got charged for two nights for the stay and for the pet charge. Don't understand how that was a comp when we still got charged the exact same but whatever.)
Breakfast was simple but good. Eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, juice.
Rooms were pleasant. Clean shower and tub. Not a bad place to stay and you get to bring your pet with you.
