The stay was great! Check in was fast and Super friendly. Dawson was awesome from the time I checked in until it was time to check out. He was very engaged in being welcoming. He should be in management for training people on how to be top notch in Hospitality.

The carpet was nasty, the couch was full of stains and nasty. the shower was nasty. Overall the room was old and disgusting. The breakfast was just Okay.

Employees were very nice and professional. Hotel was clean and relatively quiet (can't do much about freeway noise). Just an older building, which could use some minor updating, but overall, a very good deal for the price. However, I hear they are going to start charging for parking, which is an absurd money grab, as the place is in the middle of nowhere and that's not justified. It sounds like taking advantage of people staying there who have family in the nearby hospital... We'll see if they keep that BS charge or not... Pretty good place for the most part, though!

It's great to have a place in Las Vegas without a casino and the noise/mess associated with them. A few problems: teams of children came through the breakfast like locusts, our entry was faulty, the sound from the flushing toilet is frightening. The staff was wonderful!!!!!!

The staff was friendly. The breakfast area was clean. The breakfast was adequate. Early coffee (before 6 AM breakfast) was terrible.
Room was tattered and in desperate need of maintenance. Loose, faulty bathroom fixtures. Damaged tub/shower. Some furniture veneer was peeling off.
As a matter of opinion, I'm not sure why exterior lighting needs to beam into room.
We've enjoyed staying at other LaQuinta properties. This one seems neglected.

The rooms are extremely dirty. The toilet doesn't have locks. They did not do housekeeping every day, even though it said inside the bathroom that they do housekeeping every day
On the good part, the hotel staff are good. The free breakfast is also good (ok, not bad). We stayed there two days and had the same breakfast both days.
We stayed there because of the basketball game. Otherwise, we would have stayed somewhere else
