Hotel is under renovation, I was given a new renovated room. The vent in the bathroom looked like it has never been cleaned, caked on dust mud look. The furniture was arranged wrong. Bed was comfortable, linens clean. I did feel safe.

Good value, great breakfast and they gave us a nice room on the only floor done well. So the other floors abd who mught be livung there is a concern.

Ive always liked LaQuinta. They are very nice, and below market rates...alot of bang fir your buck. But this one was a disappointment. The elevator was non functional...had to take stairs with heart condition...6 floors! I had an emergency with my vehicle, and had to repair it in the scorching sun for hours...but I had my room all clean, and ready for new checkins...issue was my zenoir dog was left in the room so he wouldn't overheat outside, a d the manager called ANIMAL SERVICES!! AND SHE HIT MY CARD FOR $50 AND SIDNT TELL ME WHY

It was under renovation throughout the the hotel. Not all of the electrical plugs were working. The breakfast was really not much other than bagels, yogurt, coffee and juice. Nothing stands out that it is 100$ a night stay.

my wife's was left on the night stand came back 1 hour later room was cleaned no watch that 2am fire alarm goes off the windows dirty in general very poor more toilets were for children no handicap in general very poor

Opened the micro fridge in my room that reeked of stale cigarette smoke and wet, moldy carpet only to discover a trio of cockroaches scurrying about. Staff were able to move my brother and I from a double bed to a room with one King bed, while still charging me the whole price. I know where I will not be staying in the future.

Key card not working, people smoking weed by the pool. Hot tub dirty, pool had lots of leaves & bugs, also lack of staff. They had one staff for double shift which looked like he worked 24/7. There very strict with the towels. The staff had attitude with me because I asked for pool towels, & he claims the hotel room towels can be used for the pool also. Not a great place to stay. You’re better off paying extra to stay next door at the Hilton. Do not stay at la suck…

I’m going to start by saying that the room was clean and well appointed. I understand that the hotel is under renovation and it’s always good to make improvements but that being said, there was food in the staircase and the hallways that remained there for the duration of our stay. The gym equipment, which was a big reason why we chose this hotel, was broken and completely useless. We went to the third floor to do laundry and the entire 3rd floor appeared to have full time residents. The whole area smelled of weed and funk. As our visit progressed, we realized that the hotel was housing the homeless as we shared the breakfast room with some folks that were loading up 4 and 5 plates of food and stuffing their pockets with anything that they could get their hands on. Now, we are not hard to please and I travel up to 3 months a year and I’ve never seen anything like this,especially in a Wyndom property. I understand that Florida has been hit hard with hurricanes and people are struggling but some of these folks were really shady and were mixed in with young families and seniors. My problem is that I picked a hotel off of a website and ended up in a homeless shelter and that fact was never disclosed to me nor acknowledged throughout the entire experience. I have zero problem with the homeless community as I interact with a lot of them in my hometown as it is a resort town, but that is my choice. In this situation I had no choice.

The room was terrible. The handicap assessable elevator was broken we had to use the other one and prayed the whole way up that it would break. The whole hotel reaked of pot and mildew. I’m truly wondering how it scores a 7.5 it should be rated 2.5. Bagged everything up praying I didn’t bring home bedbugs.
