La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Omaha Airport Downtown

It was very quiet and service was excellent.

Poor customer service and no manager or staff on duty to handle more serious complications or problems. Lack of communication between staff.

Bathroom was dirty, did not have cover over the drain and trash left in the drain. The air conditioner made a loud noise. We had asked for extra wash clothes and towels was told would be right back, when called around 10pm (original request was around 3pm) was told would not any available till morning time as they didn’t have any available.

I was disappointed in this property. Only one elevator worked, and the stairs were only for emergency (at least according to the sign). The latch for the door to lock it from the inside was broken. I wasnt aware when I booked that there was a casino and gentlmens club next door, making it not very family friendly outside.

This place is going through some renovations at the moment, and that makes everything interesting. They're literally painting the hotel and moving things into it right now. The staff is very helpful, they have comfy beds and interesting room arrangements -- one king room had an awesome orange reading chair....but then I had to leave the room because the AC was draining onto the carpet. Nevertheless I do recommend this place, it's very convenient, there's a gasmart convenience store up the road and a casino the other direction. They're a work in progress but they're still doing a good job.

Dirty, broken down hotel. The bathrooms have rusty, damaged fixtures. The continental breakfast might be the worst I've seen. Not a piece of fresh fruit or much that looked healthy. Spearmint Rhino strip club was the biew from our room if that's your thing. I don't be back.

Hotel is Very Rundown, Room has broke down wore out bed, couch, carpet was dirty.. the A/C was breaking down, shaking, we get inside, they basicly knocked a hole in the wall and made 2 rooms into one with no furniture or anything in the first room you walk into.. Very weird, just like the crazy cosmic colored curtains, wall color, the crazy 1990's cosmic carpet thru the hotel.. Ran by people that had no clue on the repairs they were trying to do while we were checking in. Do yourself a favor.. spend a little more and go somewhere decent.

Extended my stay for 2 extra days. Check out and in as asked, so i could keep my same room. Was told everything was taken care and not to worry, but when I got back to the hotel later that evening. They had put all my belongings in trash bags and moved them behind the check-in counter. Including the clothes I paid $145 to dry clean. Mixed up my clean and dirty underwear, and handled my Sonicare tooth brush along with other personal items they didn't have permission or reasons to be touching to begin with.

Nothing unique about the property. Front desk staff barely spoke to me. Room smelled bad. Both TV and phone in the room didn't work. Would not book again.

When I arrived at 0400, due to my flight delay I found out they no showed me. They said they already did their audit, and no showed us. I had to Delta, since I booked through my miles. They should be credited back. I had to rebook and pay for the room, as my miles wouldn't be credited back to me for a week. When we got to the room, there was painters tape all around the door. I thought it hasn't even mine because it looked like it was still being painted. When entered the room, we were hit with a horrible smell like animal urine and it was terribly hot in the room. I was so exhausted at this point, I just wanted to sleep. I thought it was because the room was just hot and humid. We fell asleep and when I tried to cover my face, so I didn't have to smell the urine smell, it felt like I was smelly on the linens, as well. I should have had them switch me rooms at that point. Unfortunately, I didn't. The lady at the desk, didn't seem like she would do much to help me anyway. I would say this stay was horrible! When I told them at check out, he just said, I'm sorry." Would not recommend this location.

Was great

Wifi was updated today, but a slow roll to communicate the update. I appreciated the automated text, but it did not pass along the updated password. Elevator door closed on my hand. Door key doesn't work on the nearest outside door. This location seems to have a staff of 1 and she is doing an awesome job solving problems

The staff was excellent but the room was not very good. 1. Rust stained tub around drain 2. Poorly lit room with bad light bulbs 3. Smelled like pot 4. Wall in bathroom had incomplete spackle repair 5. AC unit did not keep room cool 6. Shower regulator didn't work well(top hot or too cold)...needs to be replaced
