La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sevierville / Kodak

The hotel was ok, the staff was super rude, and the lady that checked me in apparently didn’t charge my card so they called me the next day to go in there and pay and I paid an Expedia had already taken the payment so I’m not even sure how much I really paid then the second night there at midnight around one actually the alarm the fire alarm started going off woke everybody up did not stop for two hours everybody was up my kids couldn’t sleep of course our head was pounding I have multiple sclerosis and stress like that causes me to have a lot of my multiple sclerosis symptoms so I was feeling really really bad the next morning we’re supposed to go out with family and have breakfast none of us were able to wake up I had to be at work this morning so I couldn’t stay longer like I wanted to because we were back in our sleep none of us had a good night sleep at night so it was pretty horrible my brother had to drive all the way to Florida and I’m sure he didn’t have a good night I wouldn’t bring it again

The staff was friendly and helpful

Bugs in window seals messed up lap shade low water pressure in shower hall ways were dirty not vacuum and hard floors looked gross elevators where outdated and sketchy

Very clean, and centrally located for easy access to attractions and businesses.

Wasn’t really cleaned

We stayed there for a night. It is okay to spend the night. Pet friendliness is a plus

All was well, except dog hairs everywhere.

I like the fact the environment was peaceful and relaxing…. I hate I had ti Declan the bathroom found a dirty rag across the top of shower curtain and coffee stain at head of bed on the floor

Its always reasonable prices and clean!! They are very welcoming to your furbabies!

Room service was not done on the day. I tried calling reception several times, but no one bothers to pickup..

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Could use updated outside seating. Breakfast was ok.

Bathroom faucet leaked. Couldn't get basic cable channels. Lotta loud people in the halls and outside into the night.

The hot tub pool is amazing

the pool was super dirty and no room service! Very poor experience !!!

No towels, water or disinfectant wipes to clean equipment in fitness room. Breakfast had few options and what was offered was not good at all. Bathroom tub was questionable and the furniture in room needs to be replaced

We checked in on April 9. I received a text message from LaQuinta by Wyndham Sevierville/Kodak welcoming us. Message says to reply to the message if we need anything. At 9:14pm I replied stating that the room next to us had a dog barking non-stop. No reply/response. At 3:30am we were awakened by screaming, shouting and slamming doors from the room across the hall. I notified a staff member in the morning of the issues and that I would like reduction in our charges due to the disturbances. She said she would notify the manager and adjustments would be made at checkout. I submitted another reply to the text confirming notification to the staff of the issues encountered. We checked out on April 13 and there were no comments at checout regarding noise issues. The manager was not there but would be notified by Maria who processed our checkout. Still no response.

The staff was hospitable. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

So, we get into our room last night and it is a non smoking room. Spells of mary jane as soon as we get into the room. Go down to the pool an hour before it closed and the hallway,elevator and front hotel/desk spelled strong of same mary jane odor. Then we get into the pool and it spells like someone took a poop in the pool or threw up. We tell the hotel worker and she said that they will clean the pool in the morning. We go to leave this morning and the pool had still been yet cleaned. (Still dirty)

The breakfast and pool are was the highlight. The place is dirty though housekeeping definitely are doing their job. Front desk was great it's not their fault .

The chair in the room needed to be thrown away. It looked like a cat or dog had shredded the arms and seat. Nice breakfast, nice room.
