Brandy was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived with a tired baby and she got us checked in right away so that baby could rest after a long trip. Always had a smile when we saw her and always greated people! Room was clean and spacious. Loved that it had a mini fridge and microwave. Came in handy with baby's bottles and food. The lobby had a foul oder at times which was a bit off putting. It was like sewer smell. However the facility was very clean and well taken care of.

I made a reservation for one day and it was the wrong day and I must not have noticed it. At any rate I had to stay the day I was there and come back for the reservation day. So that put a damper on everything.

We stayed here for a softball tournament.The staff was friendly but they served breakfast an hour later than during the week so we missed it both days. We also had NO HOT WATER for our showers both day. The house keeping staff took our towels but didn’t replace them or take out our trash. Thought it was a little too pricey for what it was.

Property is clean and furniture in the room appears newer. The carpet is frayed, ceiling has water stains and peeling, etc. This didn’t affect our stay, but if you are particular about the room, it would.

Needs some major renovations. Ceiling was falling in in the bedroom area and bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty and had what appeared to be dried boogers on it. They advertise that they have a bar but it hasn't been open in quite a while. Location was good, but I won’t stay here again.

My room refrigerator didn’t work and was dirty and smelled bad. The bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock. The sofa bed didn’t have linens and when I call the front desk I had to go get them myself. Than I get back to the room and they was stained.

The staff was fantastic at this property. Rooms were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They even offered a complimentary UBER service for going back and forth to the airport and also downtown. (I had never experienced that before, and it was really great. Saved us a bunch of $$$ in UBER fees!)
