Great location. Close to all the restaurants and shopping center. Great pool. Tye hotel has a very small but ok beach front. The rooms are a little out dated and the carpets were dirty and stained. Our room had a balcony and partial view of the lake. Didn get a chance to try the restaurant and coffee shop. Staffs were very friendly and nice. Coming back for sure.

The location couldn’t have been better! The staff was very helpful!!! Friendly services and kind and caring assists to the guest (us)! The pool and jacuzzi was nice. The restaurant at the hotel was a little short staffed. The meal prices were high. We had a room with balcony on the third floor with lake view. It was a very relaxing place to spend our two nights/three days. Overall we loved staying here!

The place was amazing. It was very reasonable. We had a place overlooking the lake, which was outstanding. You could even go into the lake. It was getting warm and of course the pool!- the service at the bar restaurant was fabulous and the food was fabulous and reasonable. it was so nice to get away from The overcast in San Diego after three months of no sun.

The resort is located near the village, so everything was within walking distance, which I enjoyed. Plus, their restaurant had good food. What I didn't enjoy was finding dead bugs on our beds upon entering the room and the patio furniture covered in spider webs. In addition, the people above our room were loud and you could hear when they walked or should I say stomped. Lastly, I was expecting a nice view of the lake, but our room didn't have that. I requested another room, but I was told they didn't have anything available. For the price I paid and room that I selected, I was expecting better. I don't think that we'll be returning again.

It was a nice area to stay. The building needs updating. The only complaint was that they offered s’mores by the pool at 7:30 pm and they were not free. The cost $30 which is misleading and over priced.

Room was clean, but surprised that for a “resort and spa” there were no robes available unless you were getting a massage. Lots of noise from rooms next to and above - I could literally hear my neighbor’s entire conversations. The steam room and hot tub in the locker room were fantastic. Communal microwaves next to ice machines were not kept clean.

Customer service at the front desk was excellent. At the top of any place I've stayed in decades. For some reason, the room I had reserved through Expedia was not available on the day of check-in (ADA room with walk-in shower). The staff offered to move us there on day two, but we decided not to make the move. The room is ready for a refresh and maintenance of bathroom fixtures. However, the location of the property is excellent.
