The room was clean and comfortable. There aren’t a lot of modern amenities such as charging stations for your phone. That’s just a small inconvenience. It’s in a remote area so there aren’t a lot of dining or shopping options. Staff was very nice, pool and hot tub were nice and warm

Good location. Clean, friendly, updated rooms. Simple place. Would stay again especially when visiting the area by myself...which I was doing.
Pool and hot tub - simple - clean.
Breakfast was very weak with offerings and lower quality. Hmmmmm could do some work on this part.
Appreciated the hot water for a good assortment of tea and apples and granola bars left out.

I appreciated the beautifully redone pool and whirlpool. Also driving an electric car. I very much appreciated that there was a plug-in option in the parking lot across the street. That was part of the hotel grounds. We found the room to be clean and comfortable as well.

Our stay was generally good except for the check-in. When I made the reservation via Hotels.com I asked for a first floor room, if possible. (We're senior citizens and prefer not to carry luggage up stairs.) When we got there the clerk told us they had several 1st floor rooms available, but Expedia had already booked us into a 2nd floor room and she could not change it. I tried to contact Expedia to change or cancel our reservation, but could only get a useless Chatbot. Luckily, after about 1/2 hour of frustrating noncommunication with Expedia, a manager showed up and switched us to a 1st floor room. But if he hadn't shown up we would have been stuck with a 2nd floor room for 5 days, despite the availability of 1 floor rooms. I don't understand why Expedia booked us into a 2nd floor room.
