The room was clean. Just had basic tv no cable or streaming available. But at the price all you should expect is a clean room in a safe environment and you can get that at the mirage.

Pros: The room was nice and clean. Bed was really comfortable. 5 min walk to the beach. There’s a small cafe, pizza shop and liquor store just a minute walk.
Cons: $250 deposit.

Everything was great. I would stay there again. The only one thing I did not appreciate was the man at the front desk calling me at 10:45 PM asking me to move my car from the upper level to the lower level.

The front desk person was place rude.
She gave me the room key and said not sure if it's ready but you can go check.
The check-in is at 2PM and I got there at 1:40PM.

The front desk was rude and not freindly at all. People book these hotels for a reason to have a nice friendly welcoming but instead the front desk is rude. Will not be booking with this hotel again.

The service and people that works there was extremely rude. I ask why the refrigerator does not work and they yell at me and told me to leave. Very bad customer service.
The parking space are very small. The hotel smell real bad right when I walked in to lobby.
I would not recommend to stay there. And, I never will booked a room there again. What a bad experience I ever had on a vacation.

Internet was spotty. The room had an overwhelming smell. I am guessing their cleaning products were the culprit . But the worst was there was a tsunami warning and due to our recent trauma with evacuations and fire we left. They would not refund the last night of our stay.

The hotel itself was fine. The owner is toxic though. I tried getting the wifi password again after the original paper was lost and whom I assume to be the owner made it out like I personally insulted his existence. You'll get better service at a bottom of the barrel motel 8. I NEVER write reviews and this guy made me go out of the way to write one. Why did he get into hospitality just to have a stick up there?

Very easy one night stay, staff very friendly, garage parking was easy too. Rooms were comfy and bathrooms renovated, I was surprised only one garbage can in the room, minor annoyance. Not the hotels fault but the hallway was loud with voices at 7-8am and a crying baby for over an hour until 10pm.
