Nilda, at check in was very friendly and helpful. Later at bedtime, I was unable to get an extra pillow.

They gave me a room with no sheets or towels

I walked in and although it smelled clean, you could see obvious signs it was anything but. I could see hand prints above the bed, questionable spots on the wall. I had to use the bathroom badly but had to clean it first. I felt so uncomfortable, so I stayed as long as it took me to do my makeup and left. There was no way I was going to stay there! I forfited $80 trusting faulty reviews!!!

Security

There was Drug trafficking and prostitution. People screaming and Hollering. We felt unsafe.

Nothing fancy but very clean and easy to get to. The check in was fast and very courteous. Very close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again. Just what you need for an over nite stay .

We were given a room and when we opened the door two women were in the room and a large dog ran out to us. We were upset by this experience and we decided to leave and got a refund. Also the fact that it was under construction was not mentioned until we arrived. Our original room had no TV so we were given a different one. Not a good experience.

Please do not believe all these exceptional reviews. We arrived at 6:15 to be told they did not have a queen room, which we booked. Secondly, the double that she planned to put us in wasn't even ready yet. Check-in was at 3pm. How can our room not be ready over 3 hours past check-in? We waited by our room and were very disturbed to see how disgusting the grounds were. There was garbage and debris everywhere. Our room was a non-smoking room, and yet somehow outside our door were cigarette butts. Also, the people that were hanging around outside of the otherrooms were, let's say, sketchy to put it nicely. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, the housekeeper finally was finished. Well, the room was a huge disappointment. The sheets had stains and holes. The floor was dirty even though it was wet from being mopped. If we could afford to eat the cost and go somewhere else, we definitely would have. THANK GOD it was only for 2 nights. If it was longer, I would have filed a complaint with Hotels.com about this motel and found a different place to stay. See photos attached for the condition of the room and compare them to the photos posted on the Hotels.com site. They are night and day. It rained the second night we were there and we actually had to walk through the dirty garbage thrown rocks because the walkway was flooded so badly that there was no possible way to walk through it, the water would have been over our ankles. We would never recommend this motel.

It really was dirty. Stains on bedsheets, flooring and bathroom tub. Feases on the stairway, I pray it was from a dog.

Great workers

our room looked like it had never been mopped before. there was shouting outside our door in the middle of the night. the walls are paper thin and our neighbors were noisy. room smelled musty. lighting in the parking lot was very dim and felt unsafe. when you pay $79 I guess you get what you pay for but I’ll never stay here again.
