This place was a perfect spot in Times Square. It was clean, the beds were super comfortable. The atmosphere was upbeat and trendy. Rooms were a perfect size - smaller but had everything you need while you stay in NYC. The music from the bar was very loud but it didn’t bother us. I’d recommend staying on a higher floor if you are a light sleeper. Great place to stay and I would recommend to others.

If you want to ruin ur NY experience , book a night at this hotel, you are not being taken care for anything and all the answers by default is NO bu not in an appropriate way but in a very rude and impolite manner. This experience happens from the check in time till the check out. The room was very packed & small with a large tv on your bed (foot side) that makes everything worse. The bed tall is mot enough for an average height people I checked out and changed my hotel after a night

This is a nice hotel in a great location for exploring NYC. It has a very ‘club’ vibe with dance music played at all hours, even in the lifts! It might not be the best for families, as the rooms (we had 2 adults and a 12yo in a loft) are pretty small, although make a good use of the space. It was also pretty noisy, both from the air conditioning and the city that never sleeps not kept outside by the windows. We probably wouldn’t stay again for those reasons, although don’t let that put you off if you’re travelling light and are a heavy sleeper!

The hotel was really nice. I enjoyed the café included. The rooms were a bit small and no privacy when using the bathroom you can see through the frosted glass.

Just returned home from an amazing stay at Moxy Times Square and I honestly can't find a single fault. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. A special shoutout to Craig for arranging a complimentary drink before we departed — such a thoughtful touch! I would definitely rebook again. Highly recommended!

We had a four night stay recently and was very good service. The hotel itself was really nice. A couple of points to consider: There is a rooftop bar so you may hear some music from there, we were on floor 8 and could hear it enough. But it’s NYC so you expect some noise! The room was clean but there was some trash left that I noticed behind a bed so I think attention to detail isn’t as good as other Moxy hotels I have stayed in. There is a $20 credit EACH DAY. This was not clear to us at all as does not compound. They need to put this in writing because we would have saved a lot on breakfast if we knew (the receptionist said “it’s a good idea to have that on your last day” so we assumed it was $20 per stay). There is free coffee until 11am which was nice. Also the “stash” room was very useful. Especially as there are free small bottles of water (don’t pay $5 for the one in room!)
