The service is top notch - very friendly front desk staff both checking in and out. The rooms are spacious with full fridge, etc. My only negative is it looks a bit dated and there are no USB charging plugs in the rooms. The Oceanview rooms is a stretch to call it that, as you can only really see the run down hotels next door. But for the price and convenience we will stay there whenever we to to Daytona (it'll just be OceanFront rooms) ;)

We have stayed numerous times and will continue. Disappointed in this room this time as the floor seemed sticky and dirty. First experience like this. Tossed and turned in bed as it is a small queen but slept well when did sleep. Room and facility was great otherwise!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly large, and having a full-size fridge and stove was a big plus—especially for longer stays or families. While the location is a bit farther from the boardwalk than we usually prefer, the overall condition and quality of the room far exceeded the hotels we’ve stayed at in a similar price range closer to the boardwalk. The hotel was quiet, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. A great value for the comfort and space you get—we would definitely consider staying here again.

We have stayed here before and have another stay already booked. The only issue on this stay was children using the hot tub like a kiddie pool - toys and all. I realize this is mainly a parental failure but the front desk - oh well - attitude when we mentioned the issue was frustrating. Maybe have a pool attendant monitor the entire area more closely.
