New York New York is one of my favorites on the strip, it has the most affordable food options and they are open late. I also like that it’s not super huge, I don’t get lost often.

Loved our stay at NY NY- the area around this hotel is aging but this hotel still holds strong. You have to make sure to get a premier room for a fridge which was not convenient- didn’t realize u til after we had checked in and I didn’t read the fine print assuming it was pretty standard anymore. Good hotel for a less expensive option

The room was clean, but the hotel definitely feels dated compared to the newer options on the Strip. The lobby has a noticeable cigarette smell due to poor ventilation, which was a downside. While there are plenty of affordable food options nearby, the location is a bit too far south on the Strip for convenient access to the main attractions.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, the only issue was the drains in the sink and shower. So backed up, I was standing in water up to my ankles when done showering and sink filled up halfway when I was washing my hands.
Also, the temperature adjustment was very difficult, barely turned the handle and water would be scalding, then tried to turn it down and it would instantly go back to freezing cold when barely moving the handle.

Paid for a King bed with a view however the room was at the very far end of the hotel. Took 15+ minutes just to get to the room, then the room didn't have a refrigerator, snacks, water, and didn't stay cool. I called room service for a fan which they said they would bring to my room and never did.

This is usually our go-to resort when we travel to Vegas, and we do have fun and enjoy our stay. This time I was very disappointed in the room set-up. Booked two rooms under my name, one was comped 100% (resort fees only) and the other room was a paid stay + resort fees and parking, no discount. I was offered upgrades for both rooms and was notified by email that they were BOTH approved. However, once we checked in to the rooms, only one was upgraded - and the upgrade was performed to the comped room reservation and not the paid room. They first tried to convince me that it was an upgraded room and that was totally false because the room type was identical. I also requested a fridge and didn't get one -but guess what? The comped, upgraded room had a fridge. It does seem like the rooms got mixed up by mistake, and they did offer resort credit as a nice gesture, but I wasn't happy there wasn't more attention to detail on that mistake. I wasn't even able to be moved the following day (even on a Monday). We made it work and let our guests that had never been to Vegas have the nicer room. But when you are the one footing the bill, it doesn't feel that great to get the short end.
