Pretty busy in Vegas 3rd week of April. Clean comfortable room. That's what I was looking for here, and that's what I got. I like the pool too. I didn't eat or drink here or anywhere on the strip, so I can't review the bars or restaurants.

Great location. Nice restaurants. Room was large and clean. But we were in the Versailles tower which is a VERY far walk from the main hotel and the windows were old and not soundproof. We could hear noise from the boulevard at all hours. The pool was extremely overcrowded. We weren’t even able to get a seat. There should be more chairs. And they shouldn’t let guests of other hotels use it. Also, the hot tubs are drained. The spa on the other hand was fantastic.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The air vents are filled with dirt and dust. The walls look disgusting with make up smeared on the walls. The furniture is very old. It feels dirty when you walk into your room. Reported the condition to the front desk and they offered no solution and said that I could have been the one who caused it. Overall very unfair and terrible experience

Our stay at the Paris Hotel was decent overall. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and the view—especially of the Eiffel Tower—is truly stunning. Upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower for an additional $30, which we accepted. While the view was appreciated, the exterior of the window was quite dirty and speckled with dust and water spots, which unfortunately detracted from the experience. The room itself could use some updates. The bathroom dresser was missing, and the toilet handle repeatedly fell off and had to be reattached in order to flush. We also had issues with the television—the screen was extremely dark and could not be adjusted through the menu. Despite calling the front desk twice, the issue was never resolved, and we did not receive any follow-up during our stay. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, and the casino was visually impressive with several nice dining options. While there were certainly some enjoyable aspects of our stay, the lack of follow-through on service and the condition of the room made it difficult to justify the cost. I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again.

Poor staff/management assistance with problems that came up. It was not the problem itself, it was the lack of help and concern

Carpeting in room looks old and "dirty"; should be replaced. Room facing Las Vegas Blvd (pool, Eiffel Tower) on 24th floor: loud music could be heard up to almost 3 a.m. from streets below on Friday and Saturday nights. Room windows are filthy on outside.

Hotel was nice with a few minor adjustments needed in our room i.e. room cleaning was spotty. My biggest issue was how long it took to get a cup of coffee in the morning. It would be nice to have coffee makers in the room if they are unable to provide efficient service. Also, the loud music at the pool was definitely not relaxing. Loved the Mon Ami Gabi restaurant- had breakfast and brunch there multiple times.

Check in was the worst ive ever experienced. Lone was at least 50 people with only 3 or 4 clerks. I decided to check in remotely and avoid the line. Did so, paid exhorbitant resort fee and deposit but was then told to go to kiosk, scan created bar code for room keys (2 rooms). Did that, was told to pay again. I did that, hoping charge would be rectified. Only got keys for one room. I tried to scan code a second time for second room, received error mssg, told to wait on Ambassador line. Huge line with one clerk. Got to clerk finally, and I KID YOU NOT, system went down. Waited for it to go back up. Got my room keys and got extra charges fixed. Room had case advertising snacks, but no snacks in room. Room clean. Prices in Las Vegas are way overpriced, Paris hotel included. Beautiful architecture, though, but its been 20 years since i was there last prior to this. Charm is gine. Its like a huge corporate behemoth now yet still seedy without the charm.

Im sorry this review is more about the Horseshoe than Paris. Unfortunately we checked in at the horseshoe desk. We were told that although we booked a King room, that they were sold out including suites on a Monday night? Oh well. The lady at the desk had massive attitude and could care less about the customers. Our first time staying at Paris. Would recommend not letting your guests check in at the other hotel. Room quality was very clean in spite of not having 1 king bed. Happy with the hotel, service was pretty poor.

The room had more than a few issues that would be easy enough to fix, but were obviously overlooked for quite some time.
