Quality Inn

The ladya t the front desk out us in a perfdct room for a relaxing weekend away. She was aware there was a wedding party on 2 floors and knew the best room to recommend. Room was great! Silent! Private and pool and hot tub working order

They have been renovating this property- all new carpet. Very nice and clean throughout. Staff is great. Same staff for years. Breakfast is great too. Very clean.

Location was convenient

This was a wonderful place to bring my children for a lovely get away for their birthdays. Room was clean and big, they have hot tub and pool which was a big hit. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious!

It was clean and breakfast was fine. There were renovations which I wish they let us know ahead but it really didn’t bother us because it was at pool level. Pool was cold even though heated (they said) and hot tub was out is order but fixed the next day. Children could not go in unless 14 years old for we had an 11 year old and couldn’t even sit at the edge. Over all it was nice and reasonably priced. I would go there again.

I love staying here! A little disappointed that the hot tub was broken. Pool area could use a little sprucing up, but love the hallway renovations! The night time front desk lady is always extremely kind and helpful. I’ll always choose this establishment when I’m In the area!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Awesome breakfast with a variety of delicious options including healthy ones. The pool area was tidy and clean. I’d say the pool was a little chilly for me, but my kid loved it. Fantastic hot tub! Room was extremely clean with super comfy beds. We will definitely be back!

Do not be fooled by the photos. The only good thing was the area had a Marketbasket and Dunks, gas stations and restaurants, ect. The front desk lady straight lied when we walked in and I knew she was lying before I found out that she really was. The hot tub was not working and had been out for a week, but she told me when I walked in that it went out at 9:pm the nigh before. I said BS. We booked for a cheer competition looking forward to the joy tub. The tv was tiny and did not have a lot of channels and was working when it wanted too, and the toilets were not cleaned at all. The showers were hot and that was nice, after having no hot tub. But we would never reccomend it to any cheer families, don’t take your kids there

Mold in the bathroom. Leaking toilet. Stained carpets, and the sink in the room did not drain, smelled really bad. They put everyone on the second and third floors while the 1st and 5th are renovated. But staff was kind and switch my room immediately after all that.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn - Portsmouth for 1 night, and overall, I had a good experience. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. They have a pool and nice hot tub.

I wasn't allowed to stay. I arrived there after a friend dropped me off, went to check in they asked if I had a registered vehicle with me I said no and they said you cannot stay here without one and proceeded to be extremely rude well telling me to leave immediately and don't ever attempt to check in again without a registered vehicle. They offer no assistance to find another place, they were no help whatsoever, they just insisted that I leave
