Quality Inn

My stay was an unexpected pleasure, upon arrival, I thought it wasn’t going to go so well. Although the hotel was aged , my room was exceptionally clean and odor free and I slept like a baby, in the bes. I wasn’t sure how that was going to go but, 💤😴 I had a very good night slep and woke to a very nice breakfast. The staff wnt over and above the call of duty. Stacy actually came to my room and helped me with the Wi-Fi and TV. What a great bunch…!!!!🔥🔥🔥

We did not enjoy our stay at the Quality Inn in Fitzgerald, GA. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned. In particular the furniture was filthy, the sink in the bathroom was dirty, and the hair drier was coated with filth. To top it off the fire alarm in the room was hanging off the wall and the TV and air-conditioner did not work properly. The ice machine in the hallway looked as if it had been coated with mud. We talked with several other persons renting rooms in the motel and they had similar stories about the condition of their rooms as well.

The floor was dirty and gross to walk on.

The room was OK.. Just needed more cleaning and wiping down.. Microwave and refrigerator need cleaning.. Covers had spots on them.. Shower curtains was nasty.. Wasn't that clean.. I love staying there.. They just need to improve more..

Rooms were not ready at check in time; waited several hours. Free night was offered but at checkout the offer was changed to a discount ... $59 + fees for total of $73 which is amount charged for this stay.

Got into the room.and daw bugs when pulling back the covers. There was hay/straw on the floor. There were unknown strange fluids on the bathroom walls also. Left within 5 minutes of arriving and drove 30 miles to next hotel at 11p.

The stay was good but the Irons didnt work.

Sucks hotel had no elevator

Rooms were nice. But shades werent clean and we diddnt get fresh towels. Only had 1 trash can in the room none. None in the bath room.

The room was clean except for mold under the A/C unit and rust on the drop ceiling bars in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The back entrance door handle was broken, could not be used. The railing on inside stairs was loosei n several places, not safe. The floor carpet needed cleaning.

The bathroom needs to be renovated and guests should not be assigned any room in this condition. The mattress on both beds needs replacing. You had to sleep in the middle of the bed or you would slide off of the mattress onto the floor

Just a stopover for a longer trip.

There aren’t a lot of choices in Fitzgerald and the Quality Inn is decent. The workers are all very nice, especially the evening front desk attendant who remembers me every time I’m in town.

We ordered the smoke-free room. There was a slight smoke smell in the room and hallways. They need to set up an ozone generator to kill the smell.

Had issues, however, staff took care of them with no hesitation.

There was ample parking at the hotel. There were several dining options within walking distance. The staff were nice and the room was adequate. The beds were comfortable enough. The facility did show some age but was good enough for a few nights. Upon checking in our key cards wouldn’t work but the staff reprogrammed the door lock and got us new cards quickly. The refrigerator had standing water and leaked onto the floor but was cleaned up. The adjoining room had multiple dogs that were barking and whining all day and you could smell the urine in our room. The hotel was full so we could not change rooms. Eventually the dog’s owners returned that night and they settled down. The breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal etc.

Bad sinking mattress, heavily stained chair and vents on cooling unit desperately need cleaning!!
