The room was dirty

I really don’t like to talk bad about businesses. I know most are doing the best they can. The room was clean and beds pretty comfortable. The workers at the desk couldn’t be bothered to help me at check in. One kept her headphones on watching something on her phone. The other attendant just pointed to a screen with totals on it. In the morning our room had no hot water. It was 6 am so it wasn’t because it ran out. I went to the front desk to ask if there was a problem. One worker was asleep the other had their headphones on watching their phone. It took them a while to see me. They took one half of the headphones off and stared at me. I asked if there was a problem with the hot water. The other woke up and went to a maintenance room. We never got hot water. When we checked out, no apologies for no hot water, no offer to take a little off the price, nothing. I wasn’t looking for a discount, but some acknowledgment would have been basic customer service. Summary, the room was not bad, but customer service, at least on this visit, was terrible.

Staff were great. Friendly and informative. 10/10 for staff. No notes. It was quiet and overall felt safe. It is also very conveniently located near the highway. Maintenance needed some work. The toilet was not secured well to the floor. The refrigerator did not work. The bathroom door was splitting apart at the seams. For the price, I'm not mad, but it needs a bit of TLC. Neutral side note: all the linens smelled like berries or another fruit.

Great place to stay…seems much safer than other motels that are very nearby. Very close to Casey’s General Store. I would stay here again !!!

It was ok. Staff was good. No hot water at 530am.

It was clean but houskeeping or whoever is in charge of breakfas seemed a bit lazy... tables were not wiped off and took awhile for the milk to be filled.

It was the best room, kindest lady at check in and felt like home. Thankful I chose Quality Inn.

The room was very clean. Some spots in the room showed some wear and tear but nothing to distraxt from the stay. Shower had tons of pressure.Front desk staff when we checked in was great. Breakfast was satisfying. Good coffee.

Location was good, close to Alliant Energy stadium, plenty of eating options close by, easy to get to, right off 380. Rooms and breakfast area were clean and offered the usual hotel breakfast. Would stat here again.

Weve atayed several times while traveling. It is clean and reasonably priced.

There was a toenail from someone else on the floor and the place was old. The shower and toilet were not clean either.

It was what I expected

Our stay was very good. Located close to everything we intended to do. In a good location with places to eat within walking distance. Only complaint is we couldn’t get the military discount because we booked through a third party. If I had called Quality Inn I could have gotten the military discount. Guess there is a lesson to be learned there! Sorry, Expedia..

Nice property it was what was expected

Just what I needed it to be. Clean.

I had lost a very valuable necklace and while I was gone for the day the cleaning lady found it on the floor in my room and left it on the stand for me to find. I’m so thankful she found it and was honest enough to leave it in the room where I could see it. Thank you!
