Rooms need updating. My room was moldly and had a moldy smell. Visible mold on the chair and sofa and the ceiling in the bathroom. Mattress needs updating a bit uncomfortable. Please change the carpet in the hallways! Musty modly smell as soon as you open the door.

No workout/exercise room though it appears on some listings. Maybe just a bad day since other reviews compliment breakfast, but ours was terrible. Undercooked biscuits, greasy sausage, rubbery eggs. Hope it was just a bad day. We didn’t bother to even look at breakfast the second day

At times difficult to understand what front desk gentleman was saying - very fast talker. My room was right across from elevator so I heard all the men & workers in trucks who were loud out there. But that was just a matter of placement. Sheets were nice and clean and good A/C, both important to me.

I was charged for night i wasnt there even though i confirmed i was still coming later that night...was charged a no call/no show fee..poor communication among front desk staff...Plus we couldnt get fresh towels from staff, had to go buy own towels and face cloths

It was better than sleeping in my car. The bed was clean, but there was a lot of partiers in the parking lot and police presence when I first arrived.

I showed up for the race weekend in Atlanta Georgia. We chose to stay in Fayetteville. When we arrived l noticed the sign on the desk. If you have a pet in the room there would be a few of like $200. Me trying to do the right thing. So I explain to them that my 73 year old mother has a small dog. Then I was told that I was told that I would have to pay $50 extra. And that I was supposed to notify them beforehand that I had a pet. Thinking it wasn't a big deal because of a pet friendly hotel. I was told that we wasn't allowed to stay there because they didnt have a room available because of the dog. I was shocked. All I'm saying is. I travel a lot with my family. And I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
