Quality Inn Goodland I-70

I would love to give this property excellent rating, but for three areas that we ran into…first the pool was down for maintenance, it happens. The room was clean and spacious and updated the beds themselves were not as comfortable as we typically find. But the final issue was the breakfast . Again, the potential to be excellent, but several food and drink items were not stocked or restocked. I’d probably give it another chance, we may just have hit a trifecta of unusual circumstances.

Cancelled booking due to the pool / hot tub being out of service, but did not mention anything on the website.

Paid for a room and pool access. The pool was closed and no prior notice with booking.

The staff was fantastic! It was very clean. Breakfast was great!

My wife and I stayed here on our way through Kansas when we just needed a comfortable place at the last minute. We have always stayed in the Quality hotel brand when traveling but the brand has been going downhill for the last ten years or so. This hotel however has been maintained to an excellent degree. Everything about it except an air conditioner that wasn't working that great was just wonderful. We highly recommend it when passing through Goodland KS to anyone needing a great night's stay at a great price.

Hotel was OK, we did find a roach in the room when we got there but it was only one and it was small. The pool was shutdown for maintenance and we would have loved to use it. Breakfast was ok, not great, we ran out of eggs and it took quite a while to get more fixed. Front desk clerk apologized so that was something.

Very clean. Comfy bed and the staff were friendly

This property ad ertises that it has a pool and a hot tub, which was my main reason for booking this location, but we were misled and the pool was closed for some kind of construction. The girl at the front desk said that the pool option "should"be removed from the website but it wasn't. Room was dirty. Sheets had stains. All together a poor experience.

We purposely booked this facility as it had a pool and hot tub which would feel good after an 8 hour drive. They were both closed. Also, I could only get the Wi-Fi to work in the lobby but not in our room.

Great stay. Very friendly staff. Very clean.

The biggest plus for this property was the interaction with the manager and staff they were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could. They were booked to capacity and had no rooms available on the ground floor and there was no elevator (honestly did not think to check or let them know of our disabilities during booking and just assumed they had one since there was more than one floor, I will know better next time we travel) Since both my husband and myself are handicapped the manager took it upon himself to carry up the bulk of our luggage to our room, he was very apologetic the entire time and we greatly appreciated it!! When we saw him the following evening he again apologized and asked if we were staying a third night, if so he would move us. Unfortunately the negatives of our stay outweigh the positives here are the ones you may want to consider before booking your stay with: Beds are horrible and it felt like sleeping on just a box spring =uncomfortable sleep and waking up in pain, Cleanliness needs to be improved it was not horrible but not good: it needed dusting, the shower head has a ton of water buildup on it, it was squealing your entire shower, had no pressure, the tub was very slippery our son fell so we all had to be very careful so we would not have a fall again. Indoor pool cold and needs bottom repair hot tub temperature good but needs repair also. Breakfast had no variety nor did it look good. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Great beds, customer service! Clean! Hot breakfast. Basically no bathroom countertop but I placed my things on the room desk. Nice place to stay!

I only rented becouse breakfast but beter breafast well be beter like gravy potatoes
