Extremely friendly, continental breakfast, swimming pool and awesome restaurants all in walking distance from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again when we return to Savannah Georgia.

The staff was very friendly! Rooms were clean. Hotel is outdated & other guests smoke pot in the rooms which made our room stink. Overall, this was a good experience for an overnight stay.

We arrived for a family two day break in Savannah and on arrival found the two rooms allocated reeked of cigarette smoke and urine. We asked to be moved to other rooms which the reception obliged and put us in two rooms on the other side of the hotel. Unfortunately these rooms were only slightly better with the same issues but also dirty bed sheets and strange stains on the headboard. The kids were really upset and the smell brought on my son’s asthma. We made a decision to book alternative accommodation. We knew that we wouldn’t necessarily get a refund but thought we might for the second night. However, as one of the kids had placed a bag on one of the beds any form of refund was refused. I have used Quality Inn in the UK but this experience was truly horrendous and we can’t believe some of the good reviews reported which we used as part of the decision to book.

It was dirty, someone tried to break into our room and the police chased them through the courtyard, someone stole my son’s phone. The housekeeper cleaned the room with a cigarette in his mouth…it was horrible.

Is there a way to submit pictures? Weird stuff on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom had hair on the floor. There was writing on the wall. There was a roach. The comforters had burn marks on them and the room smells like smoke when I ordered non smoking

The property could use updating as far as paint on the building and walls of room. The AC units drip water from the top level to the bottom level, there was a smoky smell in the room. I did like that they provided breakfast and had a good amount of options.

Ms Donna was A RUDE at best, The room was filthy and dirty , the sheets were dirty and not changed and the room attendant had the nerve to make the bed.. the towels and wash clothes were dirty and looked used… and put the icing on the cake a prostitute knocked on my door, trying to fight me and my wife thinking that she was supposed to be at my room for a John at that point I went to the front desk asking for my refund which I do not receive and I never even stayed in the room.. I will never stay here again

The property itself was worth the price and the check-in staff were fantastic. The room was clean and beds were good. The tv was a little fuzzy/outdated but not a huge concern for us as we only used it to go to sleep. The only thing that would keep us from staying here again was the ungodly amount of marijuana use around us. The smell came through the walls/door and woke us up throughout the night. My son has a medical condition and it irritated that condition. Other than this mishap, the property was good and worth the money.
