There were 3 hotels sharing the same parking lots. It looked like there was construction in the lot that took up a lot of space. Makes you feel like you can’t go out at night in case u don’t have a space when you return

The property had people sitting outside and didn't look safe!!

This property is trifling. The pictures are false advertising the hotel looks nothing like what is advertised on Expedia or the website. You can see dirt and filth everywhere, and that nasty pool area that is used for storage of old pullout couches with algae over an inch thick. The front desk worker knows nothing and you can barely understand him. Safety is an issue here. We left during the night I just could not lay in that bed with that dirty headboard lamp shade looking like it’s from my grandma house in the 80’s. The health department should be called.

I saw the bad reviews and took a chance on booking for one night and honestly some are the bad reviews are right and some are just eh. I'm just gonna lay it out the parking lot area can be kinda like sketch people hanging outside in the parking lot or being loud or kids playing but I went in checked in front desk clerk took a while to give me my card to my room (I booked online and in person pay the deposit)but I was patient. The inside is nice when u first walk in big open area space better than the outside which I was surprised on the outside looks worn down but the inside was nice until u step food in the hallway. I did notice some of the floors were like bent, needs replacing but the room itself wasn't bad the room I was in. It just feels like ur in a suite big old big, coffee maker with the coffee for it and they give u sugar and cream for it and a straw, big open space, dining area, chair, the bathroom big old RGB mirror and the shower ON THE WALL THEY OFFER SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, AND LOTION ON THE SHOWER WALL which is like I never seen that before and then on the bathroom sink they give u the little lotion, soap, and conditioner/shampoo as well. As far as the room being cleaned it was clean and no stains or anything the floors could have been swept better and the blinds fully close but needs replacing it was torn just a lil bit. I would recommend others to give it a try it's not bad at first i thought so the outside may fool you or even checking in but it's not bad bad.

This facility is filthy inside and outside heavy trash in parking lot , people standing outside , bathroom needs to be recalked, floors were dirty needed shoes on at all times , no iron in room , smell was terrible

The first room had large water puddle on floor the second room given had puddle of water but not as big The air conditioner was loud.

Outside is very dull and plain

No smoking inside the building but staff and guest smoked outside at the enterance. Ran out of some breakfast food before 8:30. Breakfast was to end at 9:00

Full disclosure. I booked this hotel through Expedia, once I got to the property, I could not stay there! Upon entering the lobby to check in I could smell stale cigarettes! Then I met the most useless Desk Clerk. First, i could hardly understand him. Then I tried to explain a mixup with two bookings, which he let me know 'it was my fault '. In the midst of this I asked him to contact his Manager. Only to be told he didn't have his/her number! I decided to check the room before checking in, as the lobby and area was sketchy! Lets just say, it wasn't like picture! So I decided not to subject my family to that! In the end Mr. Front Desk man charged me twice for the reservation. I stayed elsewhere.

Place is too dirty.

The male staff was very kind and polite when I checked in. The room floors were filthy. Except that I had driven 6 1/2 hours … I would have found another place for the night. I slept in my clothes not knowing what may have happened in the night. It wasn’t as the website and info portrayed. The shower was super with the hot water.

The staff that checked me in was nice but my room wasn’t that clean and the water didn’t get hot in the sink.

Hotel was dirty!

First of all Expedia and the hotel are dead wrong for the pictures they posted of the property. Very much FALSE advertisement! They weren't even the pictures from THAT hotel. If I could give it a negative amount of stars I would. The place looked like a halfway house or place for poor. Trash everywhere with filthy floors that were coming up. The guy at the desk said they let people live there that tear the place up and the help is very limited to clean. At one point there was even spit on the floor in the hall. That place needs to be shut down!!!
