My first time in Alaska and the place was ready clean and comfortable I couldn’t have asked for more well free breakfast lol but then the price would have been more but there is a Golden Coral walking distance and Walmart and Buffalo Wild Wings and a lot wing place right across the street so food is not a problem and bus stops walking distance as well like I said this place is EXCELLENT thank you for making my beginning so BLESSED 🙏🙏🙏🙏👑👑👑👑👑💙

Outdated. Old spring mattress only 1 flat pillow per occupant. Tv didn’t work owner came to fix it then after he left it went off again. Internet was poor so tv wouldn’t work.1 blanket very thin cold Had a portable heater on night stand. Very dangerous

They don’t give out wash cloths, so bring your own. The staff there are super nice and helpful.

Who knew that hotels had shared bathrooms?? The listing didn't make it CLEAR that this room used a shared bathroom. That information was buried in with the other text and got overlooked until it was too late. Couldn't get a refund and had to stay elsewhere, so it was money wasted and down the drain.

Staff was great, place was excellent.

A basic, inexpensive inn with shared bathrooms. Friendly staff. We used it as a staging location for a 2:30 AM redeye after checking out of our main hotel.

Staff needs to learn not to barge into rooms without permission. Rooms are chilly, no cups or amenities, staff makes you feel uncomfortable when interacting with them, just by the way they talk to you. Need heaters in the rooms. Had no heat for the days we were there.

Well everything started out good until it was time to go to bed, thats when the mice came running in the room. I turned on the light just in time to see the mouse running near the radiator. I had to put all my belongings up on the desk and sleep with lights on hoping it would not crawl into my bed.

Room was without heat both nights, even though on the 2nd day the manager affirmed that they "turned on the heat", the room remained chilly to the point where it was unconfirmable without a sweater. Both days, they had some worker simply knock twice and open our door without even allowing us to answer it, to tell us it was checkout time. They need to do a better job of putting cups and amenities in each room rather than requiring you to walk all the way to the office area to get them.

Pretty quite, always easy to checkin however, they require an ID for all guests which isn't necessary. Rooms are basic, they need to make sure soap and shampoo holders are full. Easy checkout. Only once I prepaid for a final room, arrived and they said they were full and turned me away. It took 2 weeks for the website to refund my money.

Cute building; not safe or comfortable. At check in your met with rules NOT LISTED and a very rude older lady at check in. There is no alcohol allowed on site, no food in rooms, quiet hours from 10-10 (including no TV in your own room). You’re not allowed any visitors and if you vape you have to leave the property. (There is a smoking area on site - only for cigarettes). All of which your kicked ‘Immediately’ out, no refunds, partial or otherwise. Oh and if you prebook through the site it’s nonrefundable if you decide against staying there - or if you don’t sign their rules at check in. We were there a week and the police were on site twice because of fights in the hotel. Once we were woken up by one of the employees yelling at a guest down the hall. Another day we were met with a flooded hallway (which they dealt with by placing rugs and towels in the hallway) Only allowed to use certain doors during certain hours. All food has to go in the fridge and be labeled. Only water allowed in rooms. Housekeeping is an extra fee. No toiletries provided. Our room smelled like a literal dumpster - we had to febreze it. Mold in the shared bathrooms. Not comfortable, welcoming or safe. This is an end of the road, last resort. Also; there is someone living in a disheveled camper in the back/alley (they are connected to the buildings power) that people come and go from all hours of the night. Avoid at all costs, no matter how cheap. It is NOT worth it.

Quite, fast checkin, staff doesn't bother you to the point where you enjoy your privacy and quiteness

Room needed updates. Looked dirty.

Clogged sink and chair seat.
