Radisson Hotel Cedar Rapids

Not good at all. Overpriced and outdated. Terrible value.

Quiet, clean, safe!!

They have a pool.

The front desk staff were always helpful, and I appreciated having a workout facility. The breakfast was as expected- eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, juices. They didn’t have any yogurt or decaf coffee. The hotel is being remodeled, but all went smoothly and I’d stay again.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. TV did not work due to not having any cable or live stream services. Room was dirty. Refrigerator smelled like a rat had died in it. We were there for 2 days and we never saw housekeeping anywere in the Hotel. We had to ask for clean towels and empty are on trash cans. Ice machine was not working.Someone entered are room while we were away and went threw are bags. Thank God we returned before they were able to take anything.

There was no TV, swimming area smelled overly bleached

Ask for them toclean the room while im gone just braught new towels havent changed the sheets when ive asked multiple time

The Computer room was Locked and staff cn unlock It. The cable was off. The fire stick Replacement was erratic. They don’t tell you anything until you have Checked in. There is PLENTY of opportunity to warn customers. Wrote demand they slide the card for miscellaneous chargers. There is no Microwave. Even In the suite. You should call before making the reservation. And ask about. EVEYTHING you think is basic. Bc the basics won’t be available. They don’t even change out towels. You are expected to use same sirry towels the 2nd day. They dot empty the trash either. You always get A refund from your own credit card after the initial Charge. Before going Hotel.com is like a waste and is . Worse than the Patel motels.

The Radisson is under construction and while it did not affect my stay it just is what it is.

This property was being refurbished and will be updated by the end of the year. We had wifi but no TV. The breakfast was clearly average. The only good point it was well located on our way to Minneapolis.

Because we had the grandkids over to swim, we wished we had a tv but it wasn't really a big deal. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was attentive.

Staff was very kind. Working on updating, pretty space.

There were guests on a bowling league, baseball teams and dance troupe. The baseball teams and the bowling league got together with other guests from surrounding hotels and were partying in the parking lot. Drinking beer, yelling, disrupting other guests, running down the hallways. Tv in the room did not work. No explanation for why the TV didnt work. My room was prepaid and the night clerk tried to charge me again for the room.

Great property in Cedar Rapids

Was charged from Expedia and Radisson also charged me and told me that I am not going to get a refund nor that I deserve a refund. And now staff is just hanging up on my phone calls

It has a pool.

I dont know where to begin, i chrck in at 7:15 pm, victoria ran my card for the security deposit and after tells me there is no tv service on the property because of renovations, i get to my room and its 79 degrees, i take a shower and the room is now over 80, i call down and talk to victoria and she tells me to turn off the heat, i said the heat is off but the air isnt working in my In my room, to which she said there is no air conditioning in most of the building because maintenence hasnt turned it on yet this year. I asked if there was anything they could do to which she replied, "i can check you out early" Tired and frustrated i leave the hotel and forget my wallet on the nightstand, i call back first thing in the morning to come grab it and the lady at the front said the cleaners will call me when they go into the room, i get a phone call at 2:10 saying they found my wallet and i can stop by the front desk and pick it up, got done with work at 5pm and was there at 5:30 to pick it up and was meant with a rude clerk telling me i have to show my license to pick up my wallet. After the fiasco i got my wallet and had the 2 hour drive back home. I refuse to pay for this night at the hotel and will be contacting the corperate office. room and it too hot in there, she

The cable was out, so we couldn't watch any tv. The hot tub was super small. The breakfast was pretty good. It was convenient to tuma sports complex.

No TV lights in room randomly shut off then back on

Check in was good and Virginia was pleasant. Our first room smelled of ammonia or other cleaner used after someone vomited. Our second room was okay but did not look like it was cleaned very well. The bed cover didn't go over the mattress all the way and the so the mattress and mattress pillow topper was bunched up. Continental breakfast had limited options. Hopefully after the remodel is complete they'll have these things improved.
