What Guests Say About Their Stay

I only paid about $50 a night and it was worth it. They have an indoor pool which wad just been painted and they were refilling it. Didn't have a chance to enjoy it but it looked like it was in good shape. Maybe that's why the room was so cheap. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. There were no stoppers for the sink or bathtub, I guess to keep folks from creating overflowing water issues.

Great price in a good area. Only stayed for two nights, but had no issues. Allows pets but there's no outside pet area (There was a park in the neighborhood a few blocks away though)

Easy check-in & check-out. Parking directly outside of our room. Comfy bedding. The facility is very clean but could use some updates. Great location & price.

Certainly! Here's a more concise version of the review, limited to 1500 characters: --- **Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Stay** This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Room service is only available if you call before 10 AM—but no one tells you that at check-in. The staff was unhelpful and made no effort to explain the rules or offer assistance. The room itself was in poor condition: the sink was cracked, the mirror was broken, and the bathtub was dirty. The A/C made a loud, rattling noise all night, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. To make things worse, our neighbors were talking loudly through the night, and no staff stepped in to address the disturbance. The hotel lacks an elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs was frustrating. Parking was also a nightmare—the spots are so tight, it’s almost impossible to park without stress. The location isn’t great either; it’s far from the freeway, so getting in and out takes time. Adding to the discomfort, a flickering exterior light right outside our window kept blinking all night, and no one seemed to care about fixing it. Overall, this place feels neglected and poorly managed. Between the lack of communication, terrible maintenance, and overall discomfort, I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Definitely not worth the price.

Right off the bat this place was gross from us pulling up. A guy, who I assumed was living there long term, was rapping loudly while his 2 year old played in the parking lot unattended. Seemed like the guy was on drugs. I didn’t feel safe in this area immediately. We walked up to where our room was and instantly smelled urine in the hallways walking upstairs. I didn’t even want to enter the room. My son told me he didn’t feel safe. I went to the front desk to ask to cancel my room. We had to wait behind two people.. the woman looked like a ‘lady of the night’. I was polite in telling the front desk the situation. I was told to contact the third party website to cancel since that’s who I booked it through. So I did. Third party proceeded to tell me that the cancellation was up to the hotel property if they wanted to let me cancel or not. Well I’m sure you can guess what they decided.. i was refused a refund. I was polite, didn’t even cause a stink about it. My son and I BOTH didn’t feel safe. She only said she could provide me with a different room. Umm, do you realize I said we didn’t feel safe?! Giving us a different room doesn’t change the fact that this hotel is unacceptable based on everything I just mentioned. I would have no way of knowing this until I arrived at the actual property, as we are from another state. The online pictures were deceiving. You couldn’t pay me to stay here. Honestly, do your research. Learn from my lesson. Please don’t stay here.

The location was near food and things but you should really only stay here if you have no other options. Two guys at the front desk were pretty nice and the young woman clearly didn't give a s#$%. Kind of place you want to check your credit card statement when you get home. The room was in the back and neighbors where quiet but that doesn't mean it was good sleeping conditions. The air conditioner needed to run a lot because it was so hot out and it sounded like a plane engine all night. The shades were really strange and far from being anything close to black-out. A light outside my window kept flickering all night. Bathroom lights and fan were on annoying motion detectors. Sink gushed out water which was a pain. Provided soap, moisturizer and shampoo. Grout in shower was nasty and ceiling lights were missing cans and parts so wires were exposed. Shower curtain was kind of gross. TV had HBO which was nice and the wifi was just ok.

Unsafe environment. Room door was cracked open when I arrived. Man parked in front of the outside facing door for 5 hours taking pictures. 2 AM wake up to someone slapping on the window. No hot water in the room. TV remote didn't work. Told to use buttons on the TV. No buttons on the TV. Toilet seat pulled off and left on the bathroom floor. Front desk could not have cared any less that I was there. Room was clean and smelled good. Beds were comfortable so that part was good. But overall, out of thousands of nights in hotels, this one is bottom 5.
