We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was excellent. They were always welcoming with a smile This was very nice as you don't see and feel that much.these day. We were there for a memorial service, a staff member took the time to take our pic before we left for the Service. Love the rooms with kitchens!! I would like to recommend a seating area to the side of the front door with a couple ashtrays & chairs. As it is now; it smells when you walk in the front door, it is loitered with a lot of cigarette butts & the smokers have to sit on the ground to try to enjoy their cigarette. That to me does not seem fair for smokers to look like scum bags. It also does nothing for first impressions when people are checking in. That would be my only complaint. We had a wonderful stay & would definately stay again.

The hotel was super nice and clean. The only thing I disliked was the breakfast. They only had prepackaged food available and looked like it came from Costcos. Other than that I would stay here again

Overall, everything was great. The only issue was the long hair strands from a previous guest in the shower and the counter. Plus, the bath towel used for the floor was visibly dirty. They replaced it immediately when we called the front desk.

The facility was nice but the breakfast wasn't that impressive. Oatmeal was add hot water to a package. There was no waffle maker for hot, fresh waffles. Eggs were just lukewarm and sometimes even cold. They really dropped the ball on the breakfast side of things.

I noted some items that needed attention when I checked out such as the shower drain wasn't attached which could be a hazard in an handicapped accessable room. The drains in the bathroom stunk but improved when I poured bleach down them.
There is no place close to eat but they do stock quick frozen food for purchase. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.
