Friendly staff, quick and attentive, room was clean and comfortable!

If you are checking in after 11:00 p.m. think about staying here twice. The doors were locked, there was a sign posted at the door stating that doors are closed form 11:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. and a phone number to call, we called the number and nobody answered we waited around 35 minutes until finally an employee saw us and gave us access to check in, he was upset and rude. We just stayed because there wasn’t another hotel nearby to stay at and it was already late.

Our room looked clean but bare minimum amenities. Free breakfast consisted of make your own waffles and packaged cold breakfast sandwiches in the fridge. Old bread and bagels and a toaster that barely toasted. Cold cereal and old fruit. Front desk were at least friendly and helpful but would not stay here again.

This seemed like the best option for staying in this area and I was wrong. Asked for extra pillows..he didn’t have them. Our first room had bugs on the wall and floor. When we told the front desk guy he wasn’t surprised. Put us in a new room. Said he had to give us double queens because all the king rooms were dirty. The new room had peeling paint and black marks on the bathroom floorboards. It wasn’t pleasant and we had to convince ourselves to just go to sleep because it was late and we were in town for an event. I would’ve rather stayed in Baytown at the hotels there.

Room had a funny smell. Suspicious activity in the area. Staff seemed to do the bare minimum. Comforter cover was stained.

Nice hotel not in the best location but rooms were good.

Coffee and drinking water are available 24/7. The staff is very efficient. Everything ok !

We were told they did not provide betting for the pull out couch. Bathroom was dirty and spider webs everywhere. We found random macaroni On counter and floor. The sink wouldn’t drain. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Had a problem with noise. Ended up having to contact expedia to complain about the noise issue and how the property wasnt taking care of my complaint. But the expedia customer service guy that helped me fixed my problem! Thank you! But i definitely wont stay at that location again.

The property was clean. It looked new, check in and out was easy. The price was excellent and included a continental breakfast.

It was a comfortable bed, I’ll give them that. We arrived to half used toilet paper. The restroom was not as clean as it could be. The breakfast was non existent. No hot food at all other than one functioning waffle maker. My daughter wanted cereal to which they replied “they were out of milk, but I could have dry cereal”. In conclusion, it’s a place to get some sleep, but don’t expect anything else.

My family and I booked 4 rooms due to visiting Extreme off road park. When we arrived to check into our rooms that were paid for weeks in advance. We were told trailers were not allowed in parking lot but however they allowed us to stay since it was for one night and said we had to have them moved at 11am the next morning. Our room situation was a mess we had dirty towels with make up stains and pubes in them. We had trash from whataburger left behind and the restrooms smelled like marijuana. Somehow someone else was given a key for our room so while I stepped out of the shower I heard my door unlatch to someone else opening it. Thankfully I had the security guard stopper on my door which stopped someone else from entering. The next morning at 7am we received a phone call that we needed to move our trailers which meant we had to leave when check out wasn’t until 11 we paid full price and they wanted us to leave at 7am. The manager was more concerned about our trailers than our horrible experience.
