Value for money, great staff!

Excellent check-in. Woman at front desk was friendly, efficient, kind. Greeted us and our dog warmly. Room is spacious and clean.

Very clean. Could use new carpet and new sofa

The place is a dump, smells rotten, and is loud. Checked the bed for bed bugs and thankfully nothing turned up in our investigation.

The room was spacious and kitchen was good with average stove etc, not compact. Bathroom great tub ans seperate shower. Am breakfast was fine average buffet style fruit, waffle maker,yogurt eggs and sauage etc. Reasnoble accomadation.Room was clean and a/c was good.

I checked in near midnight after a late flight, and the clerk spontaneously offered me a late checkout at noon, rather than 11:00 AM, which I gratefully accepted. The price was also surprisingly low for a full suite with a good kitchenette. I would definitely stay there again, especially for a longer stay in the Burlington area. Although I did not use the kitchenette, it was well set-up, with stainless steel cookware rather than peeling dangerous non-stick, and a full-size fridge and dishwasher. I had a few minor issues about the room that I shared with the clerk on checkout -- one was that I could have used full instructions on the full-size Keurig, which I do not have at home and never figured out. They were taken seriously and I'm sure they will be addressed.

Could not have asked for better service. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The hotel is a little dated but how clean everything was overshadowed the vibe for sure.

Nice little apartment style suite. Very spacious. Dishes, pans, utensils all available.

A hotel shouldn't be charging $250 a night for musty smelling rooms with worn-out carpets.

Reviews online for this property were great so I was very surprised at the condition of the hotel. Right after we checked in, we heard a gentleman come in behind us and say I’m not staying here. Give me my money back. The property is very very outdated. Wallpaper was peeling and there was a heavy smell in our room. It seemed like it must’ve been a smoking room at one point and has never been fully cleaned of it since. My son was staying on the pullout couch and when we pulled it out, it was covered in crumbs. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us clean bedding when I asked for something for the couch. For the amount of money that we paid we definitely did not get the value. We always try to get a room with a kitchenette, which was our saving grace, but I will never stay at this property again. I definitely do not recommend it.

Room was big, plenty of parking

Great location, stove is old but has a full size refrigerator. Has utensils and plates but no cups for drinks besides tea or coffee cups. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Hotel outdated. Room smelled like smoke and damp.

I would not pay the money for this hotel .Everything was very good but not worth it .
