It was fine and suited our purpose. Good location and easy access to town. Great to have facilities to cook and wash in the room for an extended stay.

For security, DO NOT STAY HERE. This property is 100% NOT STAFFED ON SITE. I was trapped in the elevator for over 90 minutes, had to call 911 for help! I've reached out MULTIPLE TIMES, and have not heard back after over a week. Also, there's a nightclub on the first floor that is SO LOUD, the building vibrates. On street parking is impossible, just like speaking to an actual person for help. Be warned.

We always have a great experience when staying with Sonder, and this accommodation in Chicago was no exception. It’s located in a quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from a metro line that takes you downtown in only 4–5 stops, making it very convenient for visiting the main attractions. The room was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and a beautiful view of the Chicago skyline from the 5th floor. I can only recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago — we would definitely stay here again!

The property arranged an early check in for me when I arrived sick. They were super accommodating getting us into our room early. The apartment was very comfortable and had more than enough space for the three of us. Being just a block off the green and pink line trains also helped.

Very clean l, quiet and well thought out. Had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable! Great having a 12 cup coffee pot! Parking was close and although not a lot of close options to restaurants or shopping, there were many more options within a 15-20 min walk. Would definitely stay here again!

It is in excellent walking distance from transportation. It is very quiet and the rooms were comfortable.

I had a one-night stay for business, and unfortunately, it was a rough night. The room temperature was not right for me, and the thermostat would not allow me to increase the temperature. The room is huge with really tall ceilings, so the heat is distributed differently. I called asking for someone to fix the thermostat, and no one was available. So much for a 24/7 concierge. Not even an extra blanket was available. Keep that in mind for your next stay.

It was good. Booking, arrival, and departure were easy. Bed was ok. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Parking was not easy and had to walk quite a distance. I don’t recall seeing that being the case when booking.

Appartement spacieux, super fonctionnel, lit et divan lit très confortables. Très bien situé, à 2 min du metro dans un quartier hyper sécuritaire.

Beautiful place very much enjoyed our stay thank you! only recommendation is maybe replace old sheets or bleach them found a few dark patches not sure what it was on the sheets and pillows but the bed was very comfortable

Property was amazing, clean, comfortable, and a great price. Great area, parking was scarce but we made it work. Overall we had an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

No cleaning, the bed and chairs were worn, walls were scuffed. A mid property at best.

This Hotel is above a nightclub that plays insanely loud music til 2am. I never received the disclaimer that an employee explained is normally included with the booking since I booked third party. When I first called to complain I was told that they would handle the noise since it’s in violation of the hotel rules. When they realized it was from the club downstairs they told me that they would give me ear plugs. I asked for a refund to stay elsewhere because my room sounded like a literal night club. They refused and moved me to another room that also sounded like a night club. I didn’t sleep, and I don’t know how anyone could. The music made it all the way up to my room on the fourth floor.

wonderful easy accessible ideal for people have stsycation

I have started staying here every time I travel for work. I like the apart-hotel set up because it feels homey and has more space for me to spread out. It is always clean and comfortable, and there's a lot of good food in the neighborhood.
