The free breakfast was good and the room layout was great for our family of 4. The only thing we really didn't like was the furniture in the sitting area of our room. The couch and chair were very worn out and felt unclean. It made sitting in the room very uncomfortable. For this reason, we checked out early and went to another hotel for the rest of our stay.

So my overall stay was fine, but not great. I had to wait 90 minutes to check in after being promised I'd be able to check in early. They comped my parking which was nice of them. However, the place had a terrible smelling lobby and a scratched up elevator. The room itself had a comfortable bed and good shower. But the refrigerator was very loud most of the time I was there. The ice machine turn off switch was broken so I had to dump the ice out every morning to keep it from overflowing. The couch in the room was in bad condition. The TV was of low quality and the sink in the bathroom filled up with water to half the basin when I brushed my teeth. It was a 2.5 out of 5 stars stay, unfortunately.

The property was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly, breakfast had different food options each day! The rooms were spacious and felt like an apartment away from home. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by, making meal time easy and fun! The property had lots of activities for the kids, from basketball, the pool and access to other sport options. Will definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Check in was a breeze! Marc was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best I've had while traveling. Rotating selection over our 3/4 day stay. Comfortable bed, good water pressure too. While a little far (30ish minutes) from what we came to see & do as a family of three (my own booking issue not the hotel's) it was beautiful, clean and right next door to a Costco! Many food options nearby. Will definitely visit again during our next trips.

Convenient location and parking. Clean. Nice little pool. Great service.

Priperty was just fine. The breakfast was ok and most of the food came from a bag of some sort. Heard from other guest's that its rare the food actually made it out on time and that was same with us. It was either an hour late or never got put out at all. Priple were friendly but staff at the front desk was hit or miss on who was there and how helpful they were. Location was fine cause it was queit and there was A TON of shopping right across the street. Pool was heated and clean but towels were not there. Felt like they were understaffed and running around putting out fires all the time. Decent stay for what we needed but next time i would spend a little more per day for something a little nicer.

Friendly staff and close proximity to dining and shopping. Building needs some renovation, otherwise our stay would’ve been perfect.

They gave me a room that was not that clean stains under sheets stains on the pillowcase stains under the towel saving Grace was the breakfast was really good and the lady assisting for the breakfast is doing such a great job . The furniture inside the bedroom was also badly stained. Not sure if that’s an isolated case but yeah, pretty bad.

Very nice place for families

It has kitchen and could be a good place for long term stay. Unfortunately, the place is old. Elevator crawls. No water in rooms, not even water fountain on the floor. The only place with water fountain is in the gym area on the first floor and key is required. Gym and laundry are the same space, so it’s really uninspiring to go there for a workout. My blanket was ripped with stuff coming out. Also shower curtain was also ripped, and baseboards in the bathroom looked like they were chewed by an animal. Bed was uncomfortable. And something bit my ear lobe. After all that they also charge for parking. I travel to the area for business quite frequently, and this hotel is close to my work. But I feel like I would most likely choose another hotel next time.

What was great about this hotel was it location. It was tucked into a commercial area, so it was very quiet with no sounds of traffic in our room. It was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants as well as the Interstate. The staff was very nice. The desk attendants, breakfast servers, and room attendants were kind and friendly. The bedding was very comfortable. What was not so good about this hotel was they seem to be short on staff. At check in they needed at least 1more person at the front desk. In the breakfast area several more employees were needed. The hotel was obviously full and so was the breakfast area. The employees they had could not keep up with the demand for food with people standing at the door to the kitchen waiting for the next batch of eggs, bacon, etc… The room cleaners were also overworked. We stayed for 4 nights and while we saw the cleaner on our floor working in other rooms, she never made it to our room. We approached her once with our used towels and she was happy to give us replacements. It was obvious that she was unable to work fast enough to effectively clean all the rooms on the floor. It was nice to have a refrigerator and ice maker, but both the freezer and main compartment were very dirty! The mirrors and bathroom door were spotted and splattered with dirt. We aren’t real picky people, so we feel if it was noticeable to us, it was worth mentioning.

I forgot to cancel my reservation because I was sick. So that sucks!

Bedroom and bathroom are very dated and smelly. Breakfast food ran out fast. Staffs were friendly though

Short on staff, room not ready till 8:30 pm

My room was not cleaned it smelled like dog pee really bad and the dishes were dirty. I requested for my room to come be inspected and nobody never came other than that the stay was OK

Narcissa who works in the breakfast area is the sweetest, hardworking lady! Every time we visit she is so helpful and personable. She deserves a raise!
