We have stayed at Sonesta properties in the past and they were nice during those days and this one wasn't a disappointment except for a couple of areas that we did point out to them that there were a few things that needed to be addressed. Once we get into the room and saw that there was some lighting issues I went back down to the desk and informed them and they told us they would take care of it while we were gone. When we return, they had dealt with the lighting issues, which was nice to see them address our concerns promptly. The one place that they were unable to deal with for some reason was that there was no bathmat inside the tub shower, even though there was no texture on the bottom of the tub, making it very slippery and dangerous. The room over all was nice. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Our room was very near the pool and the hot tub both of which appeared to be very clean but due to it being summertime during the day there was no one in the pool, however when the sun went down, kids and adults came out and were enjoying themselves. Even though our room was right across from the pool, noise from it was not bothersome. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

This was the absolute most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The floor was sticky, there was a blue sticky stain on the non-operational fire place that was crusted with dog hair. The vent was crusted with pet hair and dust. The dishes were dirty. There was dry dog food and crumbs all over the floor. We lasted 2 hours before we left and booked a room at the holiday inn next door what was excellent. We did not feel safe there.

1st room dirty dirty walls,doors,mirrors,toilets staind, oven dirty old food in it, french doors glass dirty, floors not vacuumed clean, chairs and sofa dirty from food or ???, top of refrigerator nasty dirty plus the pots and pans not clean 2nd room was the same but not much cleaner than the 1st room i have the pictures to show it

Property was centrally located but quiet. Great staff. Well maintained. Quiet. Offered free breakfast and WiFi. Very affordable.

The location was in a busy location but it was very quiet. Blackout curtains were nice as we slept during the day because we were on night shift.

The AC unit was not working on 05/22 from about 12pm to about 4pm, it was 98 to 100 degrees in the room during that time

The hot tub didn't work, one of my TVs and toilets didnt work, and there was an abundance of mosquitoes that somehow got into the room. And the pool wasn't the cleanest.

Walkways into the rooms were dirty and stained. Although it's not your problem there was dog poop on the stones when I walked in. SOME GUESTS JUST DON'T CARE.!!!~

People above us were extremely noisy. Sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.

I really loved the price! The area is right offof Baseline - and its pretty loud.The homeless guy outside our door when we left at 3:30 am for the airport. The staff was EXCELLENT!!! EXCEPTIONAL!!! The pool was great, we got the early check in - which was amazing!!!!
