Great hotel overall in an industrial park though. Breakfast options based on starbucks menu was allright but extremely expensive and service while very friendly was extra long. We were on a hurry for a work meetng that morning and almost ended up late by asking to black coffees. Great room, a bit small but very clean and functional.

I stayed 3 nights in early May 25. Booked through hotels.com, because it was $20 cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. Even though paid through hotels.com, they charged my credit card for the stay - they resolved this, but I had to call them. 2nd night they put us in a room that the AC did not work. Third night they put us in a room that had not been cleaned - bed unmade, towels on floor, trash, etc. Every thing was made right, but stayed 3 nights and had a problem every night.

Room carpeting filthy. Animal odor disgusting. No microwave in room - all have to share in the lobby. Upon arrival in room the ice bucket was filled with rotted fruit and fruit flies. Animal urine stains in elevator carpet. Television would not change chanel or shut off - 10:30 pm had the have desk clerk fix. Never again - would not recommend.

Disappointed.
I was told that I could have breakfast on the house due to having to be moved into a clean room. My first room was full of garbage. The breakfast was non-existent. The Boy who works in the breakfast deli was 30 min late to work! And then proceeded to tell me he had no breakfast available. I was pissed because I had an 8:30 meeting in Lowell.
No coffee - no breakfast food … nothing!
Second time in a row that I stayed there and this same problem occurred.
They need to fire that boy. He also smoked outside the door everytime I went in and or out, tossing his cigarette butts all over the grass. Gross - Dirty and disappointing.
