My husband and I stayed on this property to see a comedy show at the Chartway Arena, which is across the street from the property. Excellent location,great parking, love the local restaurants nearby, and the front desk staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. This is our go to each time we visit the area, especially when we attend events at the Chartway Arena. Our luck at the restaurant usually isn't that great, HOWEVER, the walkable restaurants are pretty decent.

Only negative was online photo showed a hot tub and pool. Apparently the hot tub has been paved over. Misleading.

Convenient location and a good restaurant in the hotel was most helpful . Also the staff was very helpful and engaging. Time to upgrade hall carpet and make cosmetic improvements in bathrooms.

The TV never worked right in my room (#224). A technician spent some time with it but apparently gave up because he never came back. The remote didn't work well and the TV was missing a bunch of channels. I'm sure the next person (or persons) who stay in the room will also complain about it because it certainly is not fixed.

Great location. Early closing of bar & grill wasn't optimal. Elevator not working. Some kind of flashing light on the ceiling(smoke detector) made it difficult to have a great night sleep. Would still stay again but book a different room layout.

Check in was very quick and friendly. Hotel was clean in the lobby, but the bed we slept on had blood stains on the side. One elevator was not functioning so checkout in the morning took a while because everyone was waiting for the single elevator. We ate at the hotel restaurant while we stayed. Service was very slow even though we were the only people there. Kitchen staff kept coming out to watch sports on the TV instead of quickly cooking our order. Breakfast was very good, although they ran out of eggs immediately when we sat down and it took a good 20 minutes for the cook to refill the station. I have stayed at better hotels but also worse. So it's just kind of average. Next trip, we will be staying at another hotel.

Very little water pressure in the showerhead because the spout mechanism would not seal. The icemaker on the second floor did not work. And one of the elevators was out of order.

Talked with the front desk on my way out. There was a weird noise that woke me up in the middle of the night. It sounded like it was in the hallway but after further investigation it was something with the bathroom pipes.
