It was well located. The rooms are clean and efficient. The staff was friendly.

Pool was closed and one person on desk and lobby. Lobby bar wasn’t open due to staff. This was Saturday night. Room was good and clean.

Clean, fast efficient check in. Although it seemed only one person at check in and there was a line, staff person graciously got us an extra blanket when requested. Room is clean, had broken shower handle but still worked. We did call after we had checked out to ask about an item we may have left behind and our concern was addressed courteously, our room had not been cleaned yet. We called a day later to follow up on the lost item and got a snarky comment from the person answering that she had over 100 check ins that day and was working by herself so no, she couldn't check. hotel is most likely understaffed but otherwise an adequate stay.

Having stayed at so many hotels, I have never experienced such unprofessional service. My child was injured during a competition and couldn’t continue with the third day, so after finishing on the second day, we asked the front desk if we could check out a day early. The staff member, Gloryelle, said since we booked through Expedia, there was nothing she could do. So I contacted Expedia, and they said it should be possible—they just needed to call the hotel to process the early checkout. A few minutes later, the Expedia representative told me, unfortunately, this hotel has a very strict no-refund policy. I tried again with Gloryelle, but she said she couldn’t make the decision and that she would get scolded by the manager. I asked if I could speak to the manager directly, but she said no, that she hadn’t been able to reach the manager for over a week and that the manager was currently unavailable. At that point, I realized continuing to press would only waste my energy. As a business owner myself, hearing those two lines from her made it clear—either this employee has received no professional training, or this hotel trains its staff to avoid problems rather than solve them. If that’s the case, this will definitely be a hotel I will not choose again for our annual May competition trips.

Great location. Hotel is only a few minutes from Valley Forge park and King of Prussia Mall. Excellent restaurants were close, too. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was filling. Coffee is free. Room was quiet and clean.

Gloryelle at the front desk was very pleasant! Went with family, rooms were fairly clean, saw a small bug on the counter area in the room other wise no issues with bedding or the room itself. Would recommend.

Welcoming front office staff, clean property, large rooms. Very accessible to shopping and restaurant plazas by car. Would stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, different location and it did not disappoint. We had a great time. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast everyday was fresh and good. Definitely would choose this hotel again.

I really liked this place. Very clean. Although I didn’t get room service at all and had to get whatever extra things in the front desk- like towels & extra pillows and blanket, everyone was still very courteous and the place was quiet and clean! Really clean. I love that they had breakfast which made the mornings less stressful for a family of six. I was able to check in early too. No hassle factor. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and also would return myself!
