Very nice place. Awesome to have a full house basically for an affordable price. Seemed way more private than a normal hotel. We were able to have fun and didnt feel as worried about bothering our neighbors.

Check in was wonderful and friendly. The beds were sooo comfortable! I loved that I was able to walk right outside since I had my two small dogs with me, so nightime potty breaks were quick and easy! I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the Spokane area!

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very kind. It’s a perfect place for families or people traveling together who want their own bedroom. We had my elderly father with us and the room was very easy for him to access. I’m sure this will be our go to when we visit Airway Heights.

The property on the outside, nice. The inside, not clean, looks like people who have dropped, splashed stuff in walls, doors, never was cleaned. Bathroom shower drain would back up while in shower. Place l was in needs a major cleaning.

Great check in, friendly staff. Housekeeping A+. Although I found it strange that every TV was turned on when I walked in along with several lights. Upkeep of property not great. Safety issue, 2 out of 3 kitchen chairs had dangerously loose legs. Notified facility right away and set aside with a note to be repaired. Significant wear and tear showing throughout the room. Chipped paint on doors, molding and even the fridge. Fridge is on the wrong side of the counter and is difficult to access easily. Door should be reversed in the space it’s in. Shower had little pressure. I was looking forward to the comfy recliner I had in the past. This was not in this room. Less comfortable chair was there instead. Unfortunately this was the main reason I chose this location due to the long drive I had to do on this day. At least the couch was comfortable, and Roku was provided with allowed me to watch shows I have not been able to see.

We loved the layout of the rooms. The beds were horrible. Not comfortable at all & very creaky. I feel the unit could have been cleaner especially the bathtub/shower. Then some lady is out in the parking lot leaning on my car, smoking a cigarette with her drink sitting on top of my car. WTH Other than that, we had a wonderful time with family.

The outdoor maintenance was better taken care of than the indoor housekeeping! Our room was not the cleanest! The glass tables were dirty - there were finger prints and smudges. There were crumbs in-between the cushions on the couch, tub was not clean, the shelf by the sink was layered in dirt, chrome was spotted, doors to bathroom and bedrooms were black around the doorknob's! The ice tray in the freezer was dirty!

Two-bedroom suite should be a 4-person accommodation. We had 3 adults and 1 infant and incurred an extra person charge. Can’t bother anyone after hours or incur emergency fee. Toilet was clogged. Room semi clean. Close to airport for early morning flight.

The towels need to be bleached to make them not dingy looking. Some basic cleaning and maintenance would go a long ways. Some minimal work would go a long ways.

I like that the suites are in like a duplex setting. The office ladies were super helpful and very understanding. I think I locked myself out twice and they were very understanding and did not have an attitude when I approached them. I love that it was a safe area bc I walked to my daughter’s house everyday which is over a mile away, and I felt very safe. I grew up in a small town in central Illinois so I’m very nervous about going places. But where we stayed to my daughter’s house was a perfect and safe walk! And a grocery store was just down the road so walking to get groceries was super easy. Overall awesome stay! I stayed at Stratford Suites a couple years ago, and when I come back to Washington I will be checking for availability at Stratford Suites first!
