Studio 6 Ocean Springs, MS

This is the 3rd year I’ve stayed here in March for vacation & will be back next year. The staff is awesome and the rooms are clean. Can’t beat the location - Walmart, Government St & beach are all close by

No staff in the office from 8pm to 9am. If I had a problem no one to help during that time frame.

Location was great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Definitely will stay there again

Has a frig and freezer microwave tro burner stove . It's roomy and comfy. Other than no ice machine this place is a great value

It is so unsafe and dirty, I left.

It was ok for the price and a place for the night. Our toilet would not flush. Bathroom floor needs cleaning/updating. Parking far from room. Twin beds close together. Some noise coming from somewhere.

Renovated Motel 6. A lot of what appears to be long term guests. Beds not real comfortable but clean. No amenities at all.

Well, for starters it was difficult to find which turn to make because the sign by the road had no light and I booked for two nights ended up staying an extra night and there was no shampoo or conditioner in our room it's smelled a little funny but wasn't that bad there was a constant noise throughout each night and the morning lady when I talked to her about it said oh yeah that's just the pipes in the walls and they do that throughout the night all the time she admitted that yet there was no accommodations or anything about it in our room was on the second floor and I was told that you either need to play music or leave your TV on if you don't want to be bothered by the noise.... Also when I I saw one of the maid service cards I asked the lady if she had any shampoo or conditioner and she said oh yeah we don't put those in the room you have to go down to the front office and get that it's available in the office so we go and do that and then they're wanting to charge us one to two dollars for each shampoo and conditioner but yet I've never stayed anywhere that you had to pay for that it is absolutely unreasonable

I checked in then once got in room...turned around and left. Even though non smoker room, smell of smoke lingered. My kid was grossed out by the kitchen area, drawers, bathroom and beds. Even though I didnt get refunded my money...we bolted out of there faster than it took to go up the stairs since there were no elevator.

Bathroom floor was full of hair haven’t been swept front office was closed instead of being open all night keys constantly stopped working the emergency number that was given someone was sleep and had to come to the office onsite from staying in one of the rooms to reactivate my keys I thought no matter what hotel you work your not allowed to stay

No issues. For the money and short notice of our booking, it was worth it

Clean, quiet, and safe. Great value for your money!

It’s an extended stay apartment complex rather than a hotel. It was nice to see the kids playing and people walking their pets. A nice homey feel. But there was a small number of folks who seemed to party all night. Good fun for them, but hard for me to sleep. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The first room had a dog urine smell and it was very strong. After I reported it, they gave me a room that smelled damp. The bathroom was too small and the sink hit the door. The front door was not level. I had to put a towel down because it was very far from the floor. The matress was yellow with black stains. It was very dirty. Well, I will never, ever go back to that hotel. What a shame, because its location was very good, but it has to remodel everything. Don't be stingy.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean. Very friendly staff! They were very accommodating. We will stay here again.

This place is absolutely horrible. Dirty is not thè word. Smelled so bad. Had paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 because it was so bad. Please, if you can stay ANYWHERE else, please do so. Noisy is an understatement. Kids from the "extended stay" guests were running around the rooms, vehicles and screaming all through the day and night. People, adults, walking through the parking lot all night. Not safe and terrible conditions

Another excellent stay at Studio 6, in close proximity to numerous food options and helpful staff as usual.

Excellent managers and staff members. They were all friendly, the housekeepers had great personalities and address any issues that I had. The location was spot-on perfect, close to Walmart, other large chain grocers and some pretty good restaurant options

This was a magnificent stay. I had no issues at all, the property manager and staff were extremely helpful and amazing throughout the entire duration of my stay!
