Clean, safe, and comfortable stay. The room was well-maintained, with convenient amenities, microwave, refrigerator and a comfy bed. Great walkable location with shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the highway but still quiet. Would definitely stay again.

I would like to mention that I booked this hotel at the last minute due to a work event and my budget constraints. Upon my arrival past midnight, I was required to check in through a window, which reminded me of a drive-thru; the glass was shattered, which raised some concerns. The initial room assigned to me was on the first floor, but upon entering, I discovered that the door would not lock, and the safety lock was malfunctioning. Upon closer inspection, we noticed signs that the door had been forced open. We contacted the front desk, and they agreed to relocate me to a room on the third floor. It is true that you get what you pay for; the space was ample, and it included a fridge and microwave. However, some of the towels in the bathroom had a Cheetos-like color, so I was grateful that I had brought my own towels. The cleaning staff did come daily to empty the trash and make the beds. The room had a humid atmosphere and a musty smell, although I could not identify any visible mold. Later, the fridge malfunctioned; the door would not close properly, resulting in inadequate freezing. The elevator in the building was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered; while it did transport me up and down, it was a frightening experience each time I used it. There was ample parking available, and the staff provided paper to prevent my car from being towed. The staff were friendly, and I did not encounter any issues with them.

The room was okay, but the hotel cheaped out by not providing shampoo. The pool was dirty and closed early. The surrounding homeless made sure you brought all your stuff in from the car.

Price was good. They do their best to detour the homeless hanging round. Lots of cameras and well lit around the building, but still lots of them hanging around. One man, under the influence, was leaning our door when we opened it and we had to yell at him to leave. Very clean room. Updated and clean bathroom. TV worked. Had wifi. Hair dryer tried to work, but it was on it's way out. Great size fridge and yhey included dish towels, which was nice. Great AC and friendly staff.

Be aware people live here with their dogs who bark. We stayed by a long term resident and she was quite loud during the day, screamed at night about the resident down the hall and swear words. I’ve worked 20 years in a prison, so it didn’t bother me as much. But if you have kids, you may want to reconsider.

False advertising. Rooms are small and restrooms are not upgraded. Elevator falling apart and smells like urine. Pool looks dirty. Uncomfortable beds. Transients urinating on the grounds. If you want to rest either people outside keeping you up or the delivery truck delivering to Lowe’s.
