The staff was very unprofessional, didn’t respond well and had to wait a long time before someone showed up on the front desk

I booked this place last minute. It was relatively cheap and conveniently located to the downtown area. That said, it is pretty low quality. If you're on a budget and just need a place to sleep at the end of the day, it's fine. But if you're looking for the comforts normally associated with hotels, I'd look elsewhere.

Someone went into my room while I was working a festival. I getthere at midnight and things are moved around and missing. Can't be the cleaning crew because I accidentally dropped my bag of Frios and picked them all up...BUT, the pi the floors were still filthy just like the first nightback there at midnight

Very dirty and run down. Stated there was breakfast told there is no breakfast. For a cheap price you get what you get.

We did not find the TV remote control, and the front desk brought us one quickly.

cigarette burns in sheets in one room and a dead bed bug in the other. Do not stay here.

Odors, hallway floor cracks

The whole place was unkept and dirty including our room. Hair on pillows, dirty bathroom and the room itself smelled like a locker room. We were only there 6 hours and it was 6 hours to long.

They know what happened the night of feb 21 so scary .....thats all

Customer service is horrible. I was sitting in my room with the TV on just got out. The shower was loud didn’t hear housekeeping and literally housekeeping walks in on me naked and it wasn’t even 11 o’clock check out it was 1015. Very unprofessional bathroom was not clean At all, stay in two different rooms

The rooms are dirty and need maintenance and it’s very loud and I couldn’t get my work done and I tried to get a refund but I still am not able too

Between the unhoused people hiding in the corridor at night, the drunk people being loud at all times of the night, the housekeepers letting themselves into your room because there was no chain on the door, the broken windows (that were reported but never addressed), the broken TV (also reported), the non-working phone and the perpetual smell of smoke in the hallways (because more than once a person walked down the hall blowing cigarette smoke at every smoke detector causing them to go off, dust and dirt caked on every surface .. I'd have to say this is possibly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. At least the fridge worked, the microwave was temperamental and would make the lights in the room flicker whenever it was used.
