Front desk rep was good. We got into our room (non smoking room) smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, 10+ flies buzzing in the room, my husband found a tick on the nightstand, sheets and blankets had bad stains. We ended up leaving and checking into a different hotel. Also had people hanging around outside looking like they were negotiating some kind of transaction, felt a bit unsafe.

the service was all right I just think that it smelled bad and it felt dirty the sheets and cover we’re clean with stains on them. Drug addicts are around the facility.

I was already done with Super 8 but decided to give them one more chance since the outside look nice and the price was cheap. First thing as with most Super 8 rooms, there was a smell. Then the TV didn't work so I got switched rooms. Second room again with a small. Later on that night morning I smelled smoke from the other room. And around 5:30 am loud music coming from a car.. bed wasn't too comfortable. Cereal was good. No more Super 8 for me.

The bathroom area could have been cleaner. Brown spots on door were disgusting. Twice during the night, the alarm went off on the car outside our window. Made for a poor night's sleep. Bed was made of springs and squeaked with every movement. Front office was very friendly and helpful.

Room reeked of cigarettes despite being non-smoking, cigarette ash on top of the surfaces, several cigarette burns on the sheets and bedspread with holes all the way through, large stains on pillows. Floor hasn’t been swept or mopped — hair and dirt everywhere. Mattress cover hasn’t been washed or cleaned - lots of debris and hair.
